I've edited all the photos and I'm ready to go ahead with judging, but I have received none of the challenges so I will do the elimination/judging once I receive those.

CHALLENGE RESULTS Liya: Hello lovely ladies! This week you all had a challenge in which you privately explained to me who you thought your strongest and weakest competition were, and the results were interesting. The way this challenge will play out is that there will be two winners, the girl with the most votes for strongest competition and the girl with the best explanations for who they chose. The two winners will both receive a bonus 2 points added to their overall scores. However, more prizes will be given out, for each girl who receives a vote for strongest competition will receive 1 point for each vote. And finally, there will also be a challenge loser which will be the girl who receives the most votes for weakest competition, and she will have 1 point deducted from her overall score, which might not seem like much but the competition is tight so it could make a difference. I will go over each results one by one. Cara - You had very good explanations, you showed a deep understanding of the modeling industry and proved that you have paid close attention to your competition. You received 0 votes for the weakest competition and 4 votes for the strongest competition, and it was mentioned that you are very versatile, consistent, and have a star quality about you that stands out. Kim - You had interesting explanations and mentioned some subtle things that have been in my head for a while but I haven't said out loud, so I appreciate your intuition and keen eye. You received 2 full votes for weakest competition as well as 2 dishonorable mentions for weakest, and 0 votes for strongest competition, with your biggest critiques being that you're forgettable and that you lack versatility and marketability. Marcelina - Your explanation was good, very kind yet extensive and accurate. You got 0 votes for weakest competition and 0 votes for strongest as well, though you were briefly mentioned as being considered for strongest competition because of your strong photos but lost the vote because of less versatility. Nathalie - Your explanation was great, very thorough and observant and well thought-out. You received 0 votes for biggest competition though you did get an honorable mention so I'd count that as a half point, but then you received 3 votes for weakest competition with your biggest critiques being that you are actressy, inconsistent, and that you lack a certain x-factor and high fashion appeal. Thuy - Your explanation was good as well, you mentioned the same things as Marcelina. You received 0 votes for the weakest competition and 1 vote for the strongest competition as well as a brief mention in that category, and you received praise for your consistently strong photos and very current, stand-out look. So, the winner for the most votes is obviously Cara! *claps for her* You get a bonus 2 points added onto the other 4 points you already earned from the challenge, so you walk away with 6 points after this. Congratulations! Thuy, you are the only other girl to get 1 bonus point, and Nathalie, I'll give you one half point for your honorable mention. For the challenge loser, it comes down to Kim and Nathalie. You were the only two to be voted for weakest, and almost each girl mentioned both of you but chose the other. If I count dishonorable mentions then that adds two half votes to your total, Kim, making you and Nathalie even at 3. But, since all 3 of Nathalie's votes were complete, you are sadly the challenge loser and 1 point will be subtracted from your overall score. However... ...you also gave the best explanation and won that aspect of the challenge, so congratulations, you get a bonus 2 points added! *claps for her* So that brings your net total to 1.5 points to walk away with this week, congratulations.

JUDGING Liya: And now we shall move onto the photos. This week you all did very different photoshoots in which you were shipped off to famous Chinese locations where you were expected to interact with your environment and give a look that matches the feel you get there. Since you got to choose your locations I expect extra excellence this week, so let's get to the critiques starting with Cara. Cara - My expectation for this shoot was something more fantastical and whimsical, but it seems you had a different idea in mind and I'm not really sure how to respond to that. Other girls took some liberties with their shoots that I let slide a little, but you went in a completely different direction than I had originally intended and you even got the photoshoppers to follow you. You look like a rich, bitchy, creepy socialite whose world is melting away as you are about to be send on a life-changing adventure into the spirit world of the night. You look fantastic, the pose is strong, your expression is eerie and haunting, I love the way you worked with the flower, and you sell the outfit incredibly well. I'll admit that this is actually probably much better than my intention for this shoot would've turned out, but I will not ignore that you didn't completely follow my wishes. Kim - In the challenge, you were criticized for being one-note with your fierce, angry look, and that's what I saw through most of your film so as I flipped through it I was quite sure you'd be going home...and then you gave this, which was the only thing that could've possibly saved you because it disproves everything said against you in the challenge. I love it, it's a completely new and different look, so soft and serene and sensual, the opposite of what you usually give. Your body and legs look great despite the crouched pose, and the overall body language and expression reek of exhaustion and vulnerability. But then there's also a hint of salvation and hope with the rain starting to come in and you getting ready to soak it in. Perhaps a little more desperation and exaggeration would've made this better, but overall it's one of my favorite shots of you to date, though it was the only acceptable one of your film. Marcelina - You had a lot to choose from in your film and took a lot of risks underwater, but in the end I chose this shot because it is different from what I'm used to from you and your questionable versatility was your one critique in the challenge. You look so beautiful here, it's a fantastic angle for your face and your legs look so great. I had originally planned on it being a little more ethereal, but I could also see this as being a mermaid recently transformed into a human and looking at the above world in wonder. You also do a fantastic job of selling everything in this photo, I really want to buy the jewelry and the swimsuit and the jacket. Nathalie - This is beautiful, you gave me exactly what I was looking for in your shoot. It's peaceful and tranquil, yet somber and solemn, and I love how you are resting on the panda with your arm around it; it looks like you two bonded and you are its faithful friend and protector. It reminds me of an ad for something like the World Wildlife Fund actually. Your body looks great, especially your legs, and your face looks very beautiful and you have a great connection with the camera. I do think one of the big critiques you received in the challenge is evident here though, which is that you look a bit more like an actress than a model, but other than that splendid job. Thuy - I'm not sure if you completely understood your shoot, because in your film you gave me a lot more vintage than ultra-modern, and I was hoping for your photo to be a bit more chic and powerful. It is still a great photo though, your legs look so amazing and I love the hunched back, and you caught the light beautifully. I also like how you're looking up at the top of the city and the skyscrapers with a look of wonder, like you're imaging all of the possibilities in a city like this. I do think you blend in a little too much though, this is the one shoot this week in which I was looking for less interaction alongside the environment and more of a stand-out against it, so I wish you had done more to differentiate yourself from the hustle and bustle.

ELIMINATION Liya: Hello again lovely ladies, and welcome to your third elimination ceremony here in China. This week, I am at a loss for words with how difficult you ladies are making it for me. I have deliberated long and hard for hours, and I still cannot confidently say that I have come to the right decision, but I have finally come to a decision. There were two things to take into consideration this week which I hoped would make things easier, but it only made it even more challenging. In order to make things easier I thought I'd do a tally of all the overall scores, but that didn't clear much up because three of your scores are within 0.5 of each other, though there were two whose scores were several points above the rest. Anyway, I took so much into consideration this week in addition to the challenge and the shoot, and have finally reached a decision. The first name I am going to call is... MARCELINA! This is the first time I've ever called a girl first for not really standing out, but keeping a low profile worked to your advantage to this week because I couldn't find a major problem with you. Congratulations, you are still in the running. CARA! If you had followed my original intention then you would've clearly been called first, but your photo turned out far better than my intention would have so you receive a mix of praise for your risky ingenuity and a scolding for not following directions. What is clear either way though is that you are a big frontrunner and a threat to the other girls, so congratulations. THUY! You were very close to the bottom two Thuy, certain factors such as the challenge results and your strong history saved you. However, you have been slipping a bit as we came overseas while the other girls have been on the rise, so step it back up. Congratulations, you are still in the running. Will Kim and Nathalie please step forward? You are an interesting bottom two because you are complete opposites, with Kim being so hard and edgy and Nathalie being so soft and pretty. Kim, you are no stranger to the bottom, though you are also no stranger to the top. That is part of the reason you stand here before me, your inconsistency has not gone unnoticed. And everything mentioned in the challenge for why you were the weakest competitor was completely true, and it was made especially evident as I flipped through your portfolio earlier today and saw that your photos really are quite similar and that you basically alternate between two looks. However, then came this week when you suddenly produced a beautiful photo with a completely new look, and I am puzzled. Are you finally branching out and proving your competitors wrong, or was it just luck? Nathalie, your photo this week was one of my favorites, but that doesn't mean it was the best, you just followed the directions far better than any other girl. What surprised me this week though was that you were overall voted as the weakest girl, and after looking back at your portfolio, every criticism the girls mentioned proved true. It's funny, from the beginning I never doubted that either of you would make it this far, but suddenly right now, I doubt whether either of you could win. So what it comes down to is, who do I have more faith in? * flips photo* I have equal faith in both of you...but not as much faith as the other three girls already called, and I truly can't see either of you winning at this point so it is time for both of you to pack your bags and go home. Please do trust me when I say I am equally shocked as everyone about this double elimination, but as I deliberated I knew I couldn't eliminate one of you, so the only thing I could do is keep you both, or eliminate you both, but I've given too many chances and non-eliminations already. *Liya beings to tear up* *hugs Nathalie* Nathalie, even though you were voted as the weakest competitor of this bunch, that in no way at all means that you are a weak model. This has been such a strong group of girls and such an incredible competition that had you been in almost any other cycle, you probably would have one. You really have something special, so don't forget that. Goodbye, and good luck. *hugs her again* *hugs Kim* Kim, you were the first girl I cast in this competition and I don't regret it one bit, you really do have so much potential and talent. And even though you were not a particularly versatile girl, this was the Battle of the Brands so you did stay true to your Brand through and through, and at least you walk away with the $50,000 campaign with Hugo Boss and cover of Harper's Bazaar. I think you are also capable of more though, that you can branch out even further, so challenge yourself and practice some more and I know you'll make it far. Goodbye, and good luck. *hugs her again*

Liya: Hello lovely ladies! Wow, there are so few of you now, we really are getting right down to the very end. Now, I assume you ladies are expecting me to deliver you your finale tasks, but since I planned on this being the Final 4 and not the Final 3, this will just be another normal week and the finale won't begin until we get to the final 2. You will have two very important tasks this week though, so listen up.
This week you ladies will be having a photoshoot of course, but your only task in it will be to impress me. However, since there are only 3 of you, you will each only have 3 frames to work with to impress me.
However, before your photoshoot, you will be making rather a rather special stop...at the IMG Hong Kong offices! It is not particularly well known that IMG has a Hong Kong division but indeed they do, and because the winner will be signing with them, they want to see you ladies on a go-see. So here is what you will need for this special go-see:
- A portfolio of 4 photos showing off your versatility (can be from inside or outside of the competition) - 1 simple polaroid - 1 simple yet professional and fashionable outfit - 1 runway walk - 1 speech showing your personality and explaining why they should sign you
Good luck on both your shoot and your go-see!

I am 19 years old and 5'8.5". *smiles and shakes hands* Ever since I was little I knew I wanted to model, ive had older sisters, aunts, etc, who were all models, it just ran in our dna you could say. I never had a moment where I questioned whether this was what I wanted and because of that I have a lot of determination to make it in this industry, and confidence in my skills and my look. I can work a set, own a runway, whatever you need. Thank you so much for your time, I hope we can work together in the future. *smiles* Cara *confessional* And now to wait for that perfect score.
