JUDGING
Gisele: Hello ladies and welcome to your sixth judging. Tonight we are cutting down from 11 to 10. This week you had too shoots where you had to pose in swimwear for a mens magazine and a womens magazine. Let's start with Anabela.
Anabela:
Man: I don't love it Anabela. I feel like you really struggled. You had a better shot in your film, but it would have fit the women magazine better. I do think it's a good photo. I like the pop of the hip to try and create some shape to your body. the face is really dead though. There is a connection missing.
Woman: I feel like you look so uncomfortable, Anabela. You look young and fresh which is great, but there is no sex appeal in this shot at all. It just looks really cutesy and not sensual enough.
Maryna:
Man: I could see this in Sports Illustrated today, Maryna. It's great. Your body looks amazing and you really created curves by arching your back. I think your face has an enticing energy. There is a connection in the eyes that will draw a man in. Great job.
Woman: Stunning. The body is still very sexy and could go man's magazine, but your face saves it. Your eyes are stunning. There is a connection with something in the distance. It's like you're looking for your lover and I think that would appeal to any woman.
Anna:
Man: *dog calls* Seeexxxy! This is fantastic, Anna. You look like a man eater. There is something so sexy about a woman in charge to a man and this would fit that brief perfectly. Your legs look amazing and the intensity in the eyes is phenomenal.
Woman: I don't love it, Anna. I think that the face is very pretty and your bone structure looks great, but your eyes are lacking. I like the hunch in the pose because it takes it from being sexy, to something more subdued. It's pretty, but not killer.
Sigrid:
Man: Wow! I did not expect this at all Sigrid! This is dynamite! I see such a sweet innocent girl in front of me, but you became a raging sex kitten on set. It's amazing. It's pushing the boundary of sexy, but it doesn't cross the line to hoochy or porn. Amazing job.
Woman: LEGS FOR DAYS! This is another stunning photo. Your legs go on for miles and you look 8 feet tall here. The intensity is stunning and it has just enough sex appeal to work for the client. This is fantastic.
Abbey:
Man: I don't see man's magazine here. I think it's a very pretty shot and it's very serene, but it lacks the raw edge that this shot needed. You look so long and beautiful, but it would work better for a woman's magazine.
Woman: Gorgeous. It's so simple, yet it's so beautiful. The pose isn't interesting, but you make it work. There is a look in the eyes that is just captivating, Abbey. Great job with this shot.
Meghan:
Man: I think the body looks great and I love the movement to bring an intense energy, but you lose it in the face, Meghan. Your left eye is giving the right intensity, but the right eye is lacking and looks lazy. It had the potential to be a great shot, but small details bring it down.
Woman: The issue I have with this shot is that if the two shots of you were together this week, I wouldn't be able to tell which one was the male or female. You don't have the best bathing suit body, but you need to work what you have and create beautiful shapes because here you just look very square. Not your best, Meghan.
Cintia:
Man: This is just shear perfection. Need I say more?
Woman: What I love about this shot is how tall you look. You don't look 5'8 here, Cintia. I think the face is beautiful and very serene and brings the shot to the woman's magazine because had you been looking at the camera, I feel like you'd have looked soo sexy.
Caroline:
Man: You better work! This is fantastic, Caroline. The pose is very remedial modeling, but it works here because it brings a poowerful sex appeal to the shot. I love your face as well. There is intensity, but it's not too strong to scare away the buyer.
Woman: You struggled with the softer, less sexy side, Caroline. Your body looks amazing, but you lose it in the face. You look dead. Whenever you looked soft, you were too sexy, but whenever the body was perfect, you looked dead.
Daniela:
Man: Gorgeous, Daniela. There is the perfect amount of sex appeal here. There is a look in your eyes that really pulls me in. I love how exotic you look here and overall, it's very strong.
Woman: *gasps* Oh. Wow, Daniela. This is just stunning. It's perfection and easily the best shot we've seen so far this week. Amazing.
Montana:
Man: This shot is great and I love the arch in the back and how you pushed out your curves, but I think your got screwed over styling-wise. It's very dark and sleek, when for a man's magazine, it should be much more raw and sexy. It's a great shot anyways though.
Woman: Here's the Montana, I know and I love. This is spectacular. The intensity is great, but not overpoweringly intense. Your face just looks amazing here. Your bone structure photographs like a dream and it's just such an amazing photo.
Magdalena:
Man: Your body looks amazing and the sex appeal jumps right off the page, Magdalena. You have such an amazing face, but I'm not sure if you know how to use it. The expression is off here and it's distracting to the rest of the photo which is great.
Woman: It's very cute and fun, but once again, the body look great, but the face doesn't. The expression just doesn't work. The eyes look dead. I like the parted mouth, but with dead eyes, it just doesn't work.
