Natasha: Wow! I really like our photo. I'm so happy with my team. We are all working it! Especially Maryna! She's so fabbbbbb!

Kasia: The baby is definitely the star in our photo! She saved us! lol.

Karlie: I think we did well. I'm a little bit nervous for what the judges think on my performance this week. They are all expecting on a bang performance for me because in the casting panel, they all want me on their team. I hope no one will be dissapoint on my performance. and i was hoping for a first LIYA's team victory.



Vlada: Wow our photo is all about sexiness! Its edgy and fierce! I hope the judges will appreciate our work!

Joan: I'm happy with my photo and hopefully the judges will like it. Team Liya won the first photoshoot last season so hopefully we'll see a repeat this season!

Alina: I think our group shot turned out great but I'm nervous for what the judges will think of me individually. I'm anxious for judging to begin.

Liya: Maryna, you are killing it here so if I were to score you I'd give you a 10...but I think you are completely upstaging all of your girls. Anyway, I'll just do my critiques from left to right starting with Natasha. Natasha, I think that overall this is a good shot, though you seem a little out of place since you're not walking in the same direction as the other models. I do think that your overall motion is good though, and facially you look beautiful albeit a little mature and confused. Kasia, I think your shot is my favorite; it's very editorial and tells a story, you remind me of a socialite celebrity blinded by the paparazzi. My only critiques are that your hand looks enormous and that you didn't quite give the intensity and strut Maryna asked for. Kendra, I think your shot is a valiant effort but the execution isn't quite there. I love how sleek and chic you look and I like the attitude in your strut, but I think the dress looks odd on you and you could have found the light much better. Kate...well, you look very pretty Kate and your legs look wonderful, but that's about it. Your face is very vacant and your stride is lacking strength, and overall you seem much more like a pageant girl than a model.



Hilary: I'll just go from left to right. Natasha, I feel like it's a strong shot, but you look a little dramatic and unnatural. The hand up is a little much. I do however like everything else about you in this shot. Your face looks gorgeous. You have amazing bone structure and it really shows here. The long stride is great because it really gives power to your walk. The styling is a little off here, but it's a minimal problem. Kasia, you're my favorite here. You look like a movie star who is being shot by the paparazzi and you're trying to hide, but you know you love the attention. The hand up and hair in the face could be a distraction, but you shine through. Your walk is great and you look amazing in that dress. Maryna, you know you look gorgeous so I won't even say anything about you. Kendra, you look great as well. I love the look in your face. It's so intense and so strong. It's great. I like your walk, but I wish you stood up a little straighter because your posture doesn't look great and it made you lose your neck. Kate, if I were the editor of this magazine, I'd crop you right out. If we take you out, it looks like four powerhouse models stomping it out. You look ordinary. You look confused in your face and I'm really distracted by the boob that looks like it's about to pop out. Kate, you're such a beautiful girl, but you have to be more than that.


Team Liya



Maryna: You know last season your photos cohesiveness was one of my favorite thing about your team but this is a little....uncohesive, im just going to start off with Joan, the pose and the facial expression look like a moment caught in time, I think posing wise you could have done more of an exagerated arch to give your body and that dress more shape. Du I am skipping to you next, I think you are second only to Joan in this shot. You look so poised and elegant, I like your facial expression and how you are posing and holding on to the hat. Karlie, I dont think this is that good. Honestly I feel like you stand out in a bad way, this was meant to be a demure photoshoot and you are just doing all this intense posing it just looks odd. I think the leg is awkward and so is the face, your expression looks tense, the dress is the only upside to the shot. Fatima, its pretty but very boring. You basically fade into the background with this, the posing looks a bit catalog and your face is just dull...it just doesnt really captivate me in any way.

Hilary: As a whole, I feel like the shot is very busy and I really don't know where to look which isn't really a compliment, but individually, you girls look beautiful. Joan, you're one of my favorites in this shot. Even though you're off to the side, you grab my attention. Your face looks beautiful. You caught the light amazingly. I love the look in the eyes as well as your lips. The dress looks great on you, but I wish you did a little more pose wise. I feel like it's a little plain. Liya, I know we aren't supposed to critique to coaches, but I just want to let you know that all of your girls are serving you up. Fatima, you get a little lost for me. You're in the center of the shot so you should be commanding my attention and you don't. My eyes go to every other girl first. I just feel nothing from this shot of you. You look bored. Karlie, I wanted you so bad for my team and you really did not disappoint. You look gorgeous here. The dress, though shapeless, looks amazing on you. You really posed well to show off the stunning print of the dress. My favorite part of this shot though is your face. Your bone structure looks amazing, your eyes are enticing the camera and you just look like a supermodel. I do kind of wish you posed in a way to show off your body though because your body is insane. Du, I didn't like you in casting, but I sure do like you here. You look so regal and beautiful. You look like a Chinese princess here. The slightly cocked hip while leaning on the boxes just looks so effortless. Like Karlie, my favorite part is the face. It's very calm and serene, but it still leaves an impact.



Team Hilary



Maryna: I really like this shots composition and the placement of the girls Hilary. I am going to start off with Alina, I think she looks really good here. I like the broken down pose and the inverted arm, and the facial expression is sort of edgy but also soft and beautiful. Great overall. Aymeline, I dont love this. Im surprised because I thought you would be that number one girl on Hilary's team, the posing to me is exagerated to the point where it looks clumsy, all the other girls have all this edgyness going on and then you look sort of random. I also like your facial expression but I think its bordering commercial too much. On a positive note I do love the angles you are giving. Vlada, your posing is impeccable. I like you are worked with Hilary and those legs and that movement are amazing. I think facially your features are drowned out because you tilted it too far from the camera but the movement is still so dynamic and strong and makes up for it a bit. On to Daria, biggest surprise this week I think! You are like this edgy rocker princess, I love your posing, the quirkyness of the legs and the arms work in your favor and your face has so much intensity in it. By far my favorite photo individually in the group.

Liya: This shot overall has a very striking composition and no one girl outshines the others here to me, so I want to compliment you on that Hilary. Now, for the critiques, I'll go left to right as well. Alina, I'm going to be honest, I don't really like this. I think your pose had potential but it's coming off as contrived, and you've got no expression in your face and a lazy eye. Aymeline, I like how fun and dynamic your shot is, I can tell you really got into the theme. I'm confused as to where your other arm is though, and I'm not sold on your expression. Vlada, I like your shot a lot; I like how you interacted with Hilary and I think your legs look great, though overall your proportions are very strange here, it seems as if you have no waistline and your head looks small. Daria, I give you an A for effort but a B for execution; I like the edge and grunge you brought to this and you certainly stand out, and I love the broken down legs, but you lost your neck and your eyes are looking in different directions.

Liya: *hugs her girls* Ladies, I am sorry that we didn't get the win this week. I do think that all of you did well and I am proud of our overall shot so don't feel disappointed in yourselves; Team Hilary just did better this week and that is bound to happen again. The really painful part, however, is choosing who to send into the elimination room. Now, Joan and Du, both of you excelled this week and your shots were well received all around, so you both are safe and free.

Fatima and Karlie, this is where it gets difficult. By scores alone I should send you in Fatima since your shot was not very well received...I do agree that you could have done better and that you faded in the shot as a whole, but I also think your shot was pretty good. Karlie, you got a very mixed review this week, and while Hilary loved it, I actually have to agree with Maryna that you stood out in a bad way. It was very difficult to place you in the shot because of how much space you took up, but what really disappointed me was that you gave a bunch of extreme poses when I explicitly stated not to do so. The reason that half of my girls went home last season was because they did not listen and follow directions very well, and those are crucial skills to have as a model. So for that reason I am going to have to send you in, Karlie, but Hilary and I both know that you have so much potential and talent so she would have be crazy to send you home. *hugs Karlie* Good luck in there, and I'm sure I'll see you on the other side.

Maryna: *joins her girls* So ladies unfortunately we didn't win this week. Truthfully I felt you were all underrated and that our shot was more than worthy of winning, i'm surprised we didn't. I think this is sort of an obvious choice. Natasha, Kendra and Kasia you three did AMAZINGLY. Seriously, I was blown away by your performances. Kate, I casted you because I saw you as this super sexy girl who could also deliver these high class editorial photographs but this week I felt like you barely even tried. You really did look out of place and I had high hopes that you would shock everyone, I am sorry but I will be sending you to elimination. Be strong, and I hope you come back to us. *hugs her*

I do think that my team had the best shot and should not be in this position. I do agree with Kate's poor performance though, if this was a regular competition I would put her in the bottom as well. I gave her some tough love before sending her off but I love her sexy look and I think she has a lot to offer and I really want her to stay. Hilary has said before that its smarter to keep the weaker girl and this week its sort of obvious who was weaker.

Kate: *confessional in her bikini* Last cycle there were some girls like Anna S. for example who obviously had a lot of potential but weren't performing that well early on and were up for elimination. In Anna's case she was constantly kept even though the other coaches knew how dangerous she could be and made it all the way to the final 2. We don't want Karlie to be the next Anna so I think it would be smart to knock her out now while Hilary has the chance.

Hilary: Hi ladies. It's really unfortunate to see you girls here first. It's actually unfortunate that anyone has to be here because I don't like to send anyone home. I can see why you ladies were put here by your coaches, but I get to make the ultimate decision. Karlie, I'll start with you. You were my favorite girl during casting. I wanted you so bad, but you didn't pick me. And now, I'm somewhat glad you didn't. I thought your shot was stunning this week, but after reviewing the brief, you did struggle to follow directions. That's a basic thing that you learn in kindergarten. Following directions is what got Magdalena cut from the finale before the fashion show last season. It's unacceptable. Kate, you may not know this, but I actually wanted you pretty badly too because I see you as this sexy bombshell and that's how I started my career and look at me now. I wanted to share that same path with you, but you chose Maryna. Coming into this week, I wasn't expecting much out of you because you simply are not a runway girl and you lived up to those low expectations by being the weakest girl of all the teams. Now, I didn't expect you to do well this week, but given a different shoot, I would have expected you to do much better. So is it your fault you didn't do well, or is it Maryna's for not choosing the type of shoot that would benefit all of you? But I also can't blame Maryna because a top model must be versatile and I think she was trying to push you out of your comfort zone early on. The decision was actually tougher than I thought, but the girl that I have decided to send home is...

*Confessional* It felt soooooo good to give Liya a taste of her own medicine. She just tore apart every girl there was. She didn't give a higher score than 8.5 while I threw out a couple 9.5s and Maryna even broke out a 10. Last cycle, I think I got the role of the bitch judge, but Liya is already taking that title from me with how she was judging today. And I thought Liya was the nice one.

Karlie: Wow. I was hoping for a second chance because it just the beggining of the competition. But being compared to a contestant last season. That was so robbed! But i respect hilary's decision. Thank you for the oppurtunity and liya for letting me on her team. It was a great experience eventhough i was the first to go and for my teammates, Go for the gold! *smile and exit*

Vlada: Hilary is such a strong girl. I know she gave a highest score on Karlie then Kate a 5.5 .. That was not a close fight though, but i was really shock that WE WON! *evil laugh* I thought Maryna's team will win this week but thanks to kate for letting her team down! I'm really excited for what will happen next. Its gonna be a BANG!
