Liya: *goes up to her team and hugs each of them* Hello ladies, and congratulations on making it onto the face and Team Liya! Now, I think it's safe to say that we are the most diverse team here, so I want to embrace that diversity for our photoshoot this week by going for a multi-cultural themed photo. I am taking us to Ellis Island for the shoot where we will all be posing as exotic immigrants. I want the styling to be very ethnic and culturally-bound to represent another culture, which can be any foreign culture of your choosing, and the attitude/posing is pretty open-ended as long as you don't go to any over-the-top extremes; so for example, I don't want anyone giving intense anger or super sexiness, try to go for something more subtle or evocative like mysteriousness, wonderment, or melancholic, for example. Good luck ladies, and remember I will be posing right there with you doing something along the lines of this or this. *high gives her team*
*in confessional* I am so pleased with my team! All of my ladies were within my top 5 choices, and while I wish I had more spots on my team for more of the girls, I am so happy with who I got. We are so very diverse; I've got my Somalian stunner Fatima, my Puerto Rican knockout Joan, my Chinese beauty Du, and my American glamazon Karlie. I played off of that diversity for our shoot this week and I hope it works well because I feel plenty of pressure to do well because I've worked the most with V out of the judges and actually have appeared on its cover. I have faith in my team to perform well though, both for this week and in the future. I think all of my ladies have so much potential and promise, and I could honestly see any of them taking the title so hopefully season 2 will be yet another victory for Team Liya!
