Oh wow, I just realized that this week didn't have to be a beauty shot...I feel stupid now! Oh well.

This week was really tough, again. I thought since you all did so well last week, I'd throw out a challenge, but this wasn't the right challenge. Without further ado.... Mischa! Kaya! Kirsten! Pheobe! Georgina! Can Drew and Anna please step forward? This week, almost every shot seemed to be a beauty shot, including both of yours. While both your shots are good, they didn't necessary make me stop and say "Wow!" So who stays... flips photoDrew. The connection to the camera saved you this week. Wow me next week. Anna, you have everything that the current modeling world desires right now. In your critique, I mentioned that you had a connection to something, but whatever the connection was, it made me feel disconnected to you.

Anna: Thank you very much for this opportunity, I really appreciated it. *exit confessional* It really sucks to be going home, especially because it was rather unexpected. I entered this competition with confidence that I could take home the prizes, and while that confidence has waned recently, I still had hope that I could rise up and take the win. Oh well, you win some and you lose some I guess. I am proud of how far I made it though, and I don't have many regrets. I wish the remaining girls the best of luck, especially Phoebe and Kaya because I would love to see either of them win even though I have a feeling it will be Mischa. Phoebe: *covers her mouth in shock* *goes into confessional* Well, that was actually a very shocking elimination, I had always seen Anna as an actual threat. I mean, Kirsten and Mischa are the obvious frontrunners who are going to be the final 2 I'm sure, but I thought Anna was one of the few who could knock them down. I was actually expecting to be the one to go this week, but it seems that Anne is finally starting to appreciate me so perhaps I will actually be the one to knock Mischa and Kirsten off their pedestals and surprise the world as an underdog winner. I am definitely going to try at least, that's for sure, and I am pretty sure this shoot was one of my best. PhotoPhotoPhotoPhotoPhotoPhoto

Drew Drew, the first thing I notice in this shot is the shoe, which is good. I like that there’s two different angles of the shoe as well. Your legs are amazing in this photo. However, since your leg is blocking most of your body, you appear to be quite short. To me, your face reads as a bit of a blank, but to some of the other girls, your face reads mystery. Most of your competitors are torn on this photo, as they feel you did a great job showing of the shoes, but didn’t like your upper body position or the face. It seemed as though they liked one or the other. Georgina WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORK! There’s a bit of crazy in your eye, but I think I like it. This, to me, and to the girls, is an ad. Kaya Kaya, I like that you went sexy. I don’t often imagine you as a sex pot, and I picked this photo not just because you went for a new look, but because you showed of the shoes well. My attention is immediately pulled to your legs and then to the feet, which is good in a shoe ad. This is not your best facial expression, although it’s not bad either. And it’s more about the shoe, which you sell well. The girls feel as though you did a GOOD job, but not a GREAT job. As far a selling the shoes, you met the goal, but as far as delivering a fantastic overall photo, they feel you did good. Good is not a bad way to fall. Kirsten Kirsten, you had a variety of different shots in your film, and I commend you for trying different things. When I first saw this shot, I LOVED IT! It’s a different look, a sexier, edgier look for you. I realize though, that not just in this shot, but in others, the shoes aren’t as prominently displayed as they should be. This shot would be amazing if the shoes weren’t in such deep shadow. In my opinion, major ups for trying something new, but equalized out by the shadow shoes. Most of the other girls did not love this shot of you as much as I did (a couple did though). Other than the shoes in the shadow critique, many thought that there was not enough effort in your pose. It was mentioned, however, that you have legs for days here, and I agree. Your legs are fantastic. Mischa You had a variety of shots to chose from Mischa, ranging from commercial to edgy, and everything in between. I picked this shot because I love the shoes, and I love the body. The first thing I notice in this picture is the shoes and your long as hell legs. I, personally love the slope of your back, although your competitors were torn. Some loved it, some hated it. One thing we all agreed on is this is not the best shot of you facially (even you agreed to that). You look a bit dazed and unfocused, but you do sell the shoes well. From the neck down, this photo is perfection, even if some of the others didn’t like the concave back. Pheobe This is a great photo, Pheobe, and a good shoe ad. I like the attitude that you are giving off, you look tough and beautiful, but it doesn’t take away from the shoes. The tough girl attitude matches your tough girl shoes. Your competitors critiqued your photo, and a majority of them loved it. In fact, it was mentioned that this was your best shot to date, and I agree. This does look like an ad, and the other girls noticed.

So, you'll notice that there are no critiques this week. Well don't worry, you'll get them. But I need your help. I would like for each contestant (so for those of you who have two girls left, yes, do it twice, in character), to critique the photos, including her own photo. I'd also like a call out order. I'm curious to know what you all think. Don't necessarily put your girls at the top because it's you, and don't eliminate someone just because you think they're a threat (for example, Mischa eliminates Kirsten or vice versa). I want honest opinions.

Mischa: *Confessional* When I was waiting to give my critiques, Drew went before me and I overheard hers and boy did she tear someone apart. I have a feeling it was either Kirsten or myself by the way she said that the girl was receiving constant praise and was supposedly a front runner. I didn't think anyone would tear apart anyone like that, but Drew was probably the last person I'd expect to do it.

Eliminations: Thank you for helping me out this week girls. I wanted to see how you honestly saw yourselves and your competitors this week. And I found it very insightful. The first call out this week was 100% unanimous between the judges and all the competitors... And that girl is.... Georgina! This is a kick ass photo. You did exactly what the judges wanted and not only did you blow them away, you blew away your competitors. Everyone loved this photo. The next three call outs were very closely debated by all competitors and by the judges. Second call out is... Pheobe! This is your best photo to date. Kaya! You were generally in the middle of your competitors call out pack, but everyone seemed to like your photo. Mischa! Most everyone, included myself loved everything in this photo except the face. You're gorgeous. Don't concentrate so hard on everything else that you lose the face. Can Drew and Kirsten please step forward? This is a shock to see you both here. Two of my favorite faces in the competition. You stand before me for opposite reasons today. Kirsten, I love the face and the body in this picture, but the shoes are in the shadows and hard to see. Drew, the shoes are prominently featured in this photo, but the face and the body are not strong. This was a tough decision for me because both girls have turn in some amazing photos. This is another reason I asked for competitor opinion this week. How do I pick between two of my favorites to go home? flips photoKirsten! I fell so in love with this photo, I didn't really pay attention to the shoes in the shadow until after the photo was selected for a shoe ad. Drew, this was a tough decision for me. I did mean it when I said you have some of my favorite film. I will never forget your beauty and the beast series or your underwater series. And Ever After is still one of my favorite movies.
