Anna ALA’s Read Campaign Quirky Anna, I love you. Top hat and a ballgown to read a book; of course. I love the body language and the quirk of the eye brows. Best of all, even though your scrunched up, you are still showing off that skirt. You make reading look fun and cool.
I love in your speech that you use your celebrity and the popularity of the show to tie back to the book series it’s based on. Many popular shows are based on book series, and no one knows it. I read all the time (I get in trouble for using reading as a technique to ignore people), and I wish that all people could learn to love reading as I do. Can I learn more about this from my local library? Is there a website?
Anna, I was surprised that you were mentioned as a weaker competitor. Although you have the stunning face and know how to use it, it’s not resonating with your competitors, and they are forgetting about your photos. You were also mentioned as strong competition because your look (strong bones, gap toothed) is very in demand right now
Drew WWF This photo is gorgeous Drew. You look regal; the queen of the humans posing with the king of the jungle. I am missing an arm, which I assume is somewhere in the lions fur. Your speech was good. I can tell you honestly believe what you say and live by it. You were motivating, and although I’m motivated to go learn more about WWF, you didn’t tell me where to look.
Georgina Anti Bullying Georgina, I love that this is a fashion photo and it work with your anti-bullying campaign as well. This is a good enough angle that I don’t mind the missing limbs; it actually works with the photo, not hinders it. You took a risk posing with another beautiful woman, but you out pose her easily.
I love your speech, Georgina. Bullying is at an all-time high, being that kids can anonymously bully from behind a computer screen. I love that I Choose offers not only solutions, but education, and includes grown ups and children. Where do I go to find out more, like how to get a starter kit?
Georgina, you were mentioned as strong competition. You have the ability to be editorial, and you look modelesque in person. However, your competitors advise you to not rely on your styling.
Kaya National Suicide Prevention This photo is heartbreaking and haunting. It sticks out, makes an impact. In fact, this is the photo I can’t stop thinking about. Wonderful.
Your speech was perfection Kaya. It was direct, and didn’t talk down to people. You gave facts, you gave a personal antidote, and you are the only person who gave a website to reach the Nation Suicide prevention. I have no negatives.
Kaya, you were mentioned as a strong competitor based on the fact that you have something special that the other girls don’t have. You don’t look like a typical startlet.
Kendall Drug Awareness and Prevention I really love your arms in this photo. I love delicate, non-exaggerated angles, which is what you’ve created. I don’t know that heavy blue eye shadow is your friend though. I’m not sure of the message you are trying to communicate with this picture. I’m not getting the correlation between Drug Prevention and this picture.
Your speech was terrific, Kendall. You gave statistics, and you brought me in with a personal story. I think a teenager speaking to other teenagers always strikes a better chord than adults talking to teenagers. But you neglected to leave a website or phone number where we could get more information.
Kendall, you were mentioned the most frequently as the weakest competition. It was mentioned that you were young, tall, and gorgeous, and your bird shot was amazing, but other than that shot, you haven’t really stood out. It was mentioned that you could be a commercial model, but not high fashion. They suggest mastering your face, because you are young and gorgeous, and have so much potential.
Kirsten Go Green I love this photo, Kristin. It works perfectly. You look like a little forest nymph dancing in her beautiful home. A little more neck would’ve been nice, but I love the way you’re moving the dress to show it off to the maximum.
Your speech was very motivating. I do want to get up and do something for the environment. And I want to tell you what I did on Earth Day (I cleaned a beach!). But how?
Kirsten, you were mentioned repeatedly as strong competition. Although the first impression of you was that you didn’t look that tough, your performances has proved them wrong. No one mentioned ways to improve, so keep doing what you’re doing.
Mischa One Water Mischa, one of your competitors critiques is mixing up the facial expressions, and even though you haven’t heard that yet, I can see in this photo, you’re already beginning to try. In this photo, it looks like you are not going to leave this pool of water for anything. However, your arms are looking a little short, like T-Rex.
Mischa , your speech was very informative. I can hear the passion in your delivery of the speech. But there’s one important piece of information; where do I go to find out more about One Water? Can I volunteer with them?
Mischa, you were mentioned as strong competition. Although your height is something that’s concerning, you seem to know how to pose with length. Your competitors mention your beauty and thinness as pluses, and they know you are consistent. Your competitors say to vary your expressions to improve your performance more. They know you can do pretty, but they don’t think you can do high fashion.
Pheobe Let’s Move Your film this week was cute and commercial this week Pheobe, but it works for your charity. You’re working the outfit, and you’re not necessarily “moving” but you look like you’re ready to go.
These days, with so many channels on TV, and so many various video game counsels available, it’s easy to get lost in something, and forget that you haven’t moved in a long time. Your speech was perky and motivating to move, but how do we get involved?
Phoebe, you were mentioned as weaker competition, because you are beautiful. Even though beauty carries you far, your competitors are concerned that perhaps that won’t carry you all the way to the top.
