*Confessional* I see where Liya was coming from in her decision, but if she wants one of her girls to win, why would she bring a girl with a look that is so in demand back. I just don't get it. I want the best for my girls and would have sent Cara home in a heartbeat. This isn't meant to say that Ali was weak, but of the two, I feel like she was. But she had so much potential, so maybe Liya was threatened by that because her team doesn't have that with Magdalena being 28 and Ioanna being 25 and looking exactly the same.

Theme: Commercial Seasons
The girls will be doing a commercial spread for Elle magazine, showing off the seasonal trends of the year while posing in front of bright backgrounds. Each girl will be assigned one of the four seasons and will portray that season not only in the styling but also in their modeling.
Coach's Direction
Maryna: Hi girlies! So last week we were SO close to winning. Which is why I want us to win this week. Rosie, you are the most adorable thing. Which is why I am giving you spring, I want you to be fresh and super cute. Rock some cute floral patterns and light spring colors. Marloes, with that body and blonde hair your look just screams Summer. Summer is very high energy, fun, sexy. I want to see you in summer clothes like shorts or a swimsuit, and have fun with it. Freja. My edgy girl, I think Autumn is perfect for you. Its very cool and chic just like you, so bust out those fall sweaters, jackets and colors. Which leaves Cara as winter, you do this icy look really well and I think you can do winter but also look approachable at the same time, I would love to see you sport a sleek winter coat. And most importantly girls remember to have fun and be commercial. Goodluck! *high fives team*
Liya: Hello team! *smiles and hugs her team* So, this week is all about commercial modeling which can actually be much trickier than it seems, especially for a group of edgy girls like yourselves. However, I think you all have it in you so prove it to me! Ioanna and Magdalena, you two seem the most commercially inclined to me so I would like for you two to be Spring (Ioanna) and Summer (Magdalena) because I know you can pull it off in a breeze. Catherine, I think you could make a really good Autumn so I am going to assign that to you, and Georgina, that leaves you as Winter. I trust all of you to come up with the appropriate styling and posing, and remember that a big smile isn't absolutely necessary as long as you still convey warmth and approachability. Good luck ladies, and have fun with this one!
Hilary: Okay ladies, last week was disappointing so I really want to use this week as a pick-me-up. This week you all have to portray a season in a commercial and fresh way, but since we only have three girls, one of you will be doing two so there is a lot of pressure for that girl to perform. Anna D, I feel like you definitely have a versatile look and something fresh, so I would like to give you the job or portraying two seasons. I'm going to give you winter and spring. For your winter, you don't necessarily have to give a huge smile, but still bring something young and fresh about the photo. Think heavier coats and some really cute winter trends from this past season. For your spring, I definitely want to see simple, sweet, and smiley. Bring out the girly girl and give something cute and fun. Look at the trends from the spring/summer 2013 runway season. Bambi, I'm going to give you summer. Think fun and sun. I'd definitely say to go either swimsuits or sundress, but I'm open for your interpretation but you need to definitely look like you're having fun and laughing. Anna S, that leaves you with Fall. Fall is the time where some of my favorite colors come into fashion just like the trees. Think maroons, browns, and oranges. You don't need to be so so so smiley, but definitely keep it commercial |

Georgina: I have a good feedback last week,So i was hoping for a good shot like last week. Liya assigned me to do the Winter spread, and i think its not easy to do. Team Maryna Liya: Rosie's shot is absolutely adorable; she looks young and fresh, she sells the dress, and it is very Spring overall. My only critique is that her expression is a bit vacant and ditzy-looking. Marloes's shot is actually quite cool and dynamic yet still fairly commercial, though she looks kinda like she is picking her nose. Freja is surprisingly great, her smile is very natural and endearing and she sells her look, though she looks a little mature. Cara's shot is very sleek, strong, and chic, but too much so actually and in a kinda contrived way. She lost the commercial appeal and the pose is overdone and unbalanced. Overall the models did pretty well though, the stand-outs for me are Freja and Rosie, and Cara is the only one who didn't quite hit the mark for the theme/client. Rosie: 9 Marloes: 8 Freja: 9.5 Cara: 6 Total Score: 32.5 Hilary: I'm just going to go from left to right. Rosie, at first I thought this was so cute and so adorable because of the expression and the dress, but I feel like you look a little confused in the face the more I look at the picture. It looks like you're questioning the motion here and when you want to deliver, you need to really go for it. Marloes, I really like this shot of you. It's high energy and fun just like summer is. The expression is cute and your body looks great. I do have a problem with you though. When I looked that the shot, I didn't recognize you and when I was going through Maryna's team, I couldn't think of the fourth girl which happened to be you. You need to stand out in this industry or you're not going to go far. Freja, this is really surprising. I thought you were going to really drag your team down this week because you have such an edgy and editorial look, but you're really the star of this photo. The smiling is endearing and you really just look adorable. You're someone that I need to watch out for because so far, you've shown that you can do it all. Cara, this is disappointing. Though winter doesn't need to be super smiley, this is too harsh in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful, but it's just too intense for a shoot like this. I was shocked by your performance this week because you have one of the most versatile looks and you really didn't use it. This is very disappointing. Rosie: 7 Marloes: 8 Freja: 10 Cara: 6.5 Total: 31.5 Team Liya Maryna: Instead of going left to right I am going to start with Magdalena. I think she just shines in this photograph, she is just embodying summer and fun. The face is super cute and she is just giving off so much energy. Now with Ioanna, its a very adorable photo. The pose is cute, I love the head cocked to the shoulder and your smile is just so endearing. I dont like the way you are pulling up the dress though, it's sort of weird for spring. Catherine, this looks like high end catalog. I think you look very sophisticated and commercial in a way, the dress and purse look great and the pose is good as well. Georgina. I am not a fan of this sadly, with winter you dont have to be smiley as long as its aprouchable and to me this isnt, when I look at the face it doesn't connect with me, the whole look is more editorial than commercial, and for a spread that was meant to show off the trends I dont like how you barely see any of the clothes. I do feel like everyone did a great job except for Georgina who brings it down. Ioanna: 8.5 Magdalena: 10 Catherine: 8 Georgina: 6 Total: 32.5 Hilary: Once again, I'll just go from left to right. Ioanna, you surprised me this week. I thought that you were going to struggle with commercial, but you did it really well. The pose is cute, your smiling is sweet and you really captured spring. Great job. Magdalena, you did quite well also. I love the motion you are giving and your body looks great in the swimsuit. The face does look a little forced though. Had you give an adorable, big smile, it would have been so much better. Instead I'm distracted by the gaping mouth. Catherine, this is a little disappointing. You did really well last week and I had wanted you on my team, but now you're not living up to that standard that you set. You look lost and not engaged with the shoot. Fall isn't so bubbly and smiley, but I definitely think the shot would have been stronger had you engaged with the camera. Georgina, I think you found a nice balance with the harsh and the warmth. Your eyes look beautiful and the fur looks great compared to your skin. I do think you could have connected in the distance a little bit more in the eyes because they feel a little distracted. Ioanna: 9 Magdalena: 8.5 Catherine: 7 Georgina: 8.5 Total: 33 Team Hilary Maryna: First off I wanna give props to Anna D, you had to do two seasons and going from doing one shoot to completely switching styling and theme isn't easy. Personally I think that Anna you did the best in the photo, for both seasons. You look very sweet and adorable in your spring side. Your posing is impeccable, you are giving legs, angles, showing off the shoes and bag. Its great. Your winter is also really good, its serious and not as smiley but I still get that commercial vibe to it though it is kind of boring. Moving on to Bambi, I like it in the sense that its very commercial. But I think it comes across a bit forced, its almost like you werent ready for the camera. Anna S, I do see fall but I think its a bit too candid. Almost too casual, it doesnt have that professionally look you would expect to see in a magazine editorial, but at least you look commercial. Anna D (Spring): 10 Bambi: 7 Anna S: 6.5 Anna D (Winter): 8.5 Total: 32 Liya: Anna D is working her spring ensemble like the rent is due tomorrow. The bag looks great, the dress looks great, the shoes look great, her legs look great, and her face looks great. The only detractor is that her expression is a bit unfocused and could have been more inviting or fun for Spring. Bambi looks cool and friendly, I like how she's radiating warmth but still very calm. I see Summer in her. Anna S's shot is cool and chic and very Autumn, she's working her outfit very well and looks beautiful though she stands out the least. Anna D's winter shot is very vintage and cool, she looks like a classic model in an old Gap ad or something. I think she works her look very well, but she does look a little mature and I would have liked to see more inviting-ness from her because she looks a little cold. Overall the image is very good and would work, though the only model who really nailed commercial to me was Bambi. Anna D (Spring): 9 Bambi: 9.5 Anna S: 8 Anna D (Winter): 8 Total Score: 34.5 |

Ladies we came in dead last and I think its bull, I think you girls all did exceptionally well and don't deserve to be up for elimination right now. *breathes out* But that isn't the case. Marloes, I loved you this week. You gave me so much life and energy, you were my favorite girl to watch. You are safe. Rosie, I thought you were so adorable and completely embodied spring. Congratulations you are also safe. Freja, I loved your performance just not as much as Rosie and Marloes. However the other judges really adored you, so you are safe. Cara. I thought you did good, but out of everyone I am afraid you were once again the weakest link. I am sorry but you are going to be up for elimination again.

Liya: *hugs her team* I'm so sorry ladies, we came so close and I thought we really had a chance but Hilary's team just barely edged us out. Now, unfortunately I have to nominate one of you for elimination, which I really don't want to have to do. Ioanna, your shot was very well received again this week and you had the strongest film again, so you are definitely safe. Magdalena, you were also a shining star this week so you are safe too. So that leaves me with Catherine and Georgina. Catherine, your shot wasn't as well received as I had hoped, which I apologize for because I feel that if I had chosen another shot, it might have been better received. Additionally, I feel you may have been a better match for summer, so I blame myself more than you for your low score this week so you are safe as well.
So I am very sorry Georgina, but you had the lowest score this week and the weakest film, so I am going to nominate you for elimination. However, I am confident that you could come out safely this week, so go in there with your head held high because you deserve to stay and you know it. Cara: I thought that I had more commercial photos in my film and even with this shot I did not expext to be in the bottom I have a feeling im not coming back with it being my second time but you never really know I was stronger than Georgia I thought so I do think that I should remain but that's not up to me.
