Liya: *in confessional* It's interesting to see who the others judges wanted since we really have no idea who the others are going to choose going into this. I was really happy to get Georgina without having to fight because I feel she will be my star, but I am very happy to have Ioanna and Magdalena as well...though their looks are very similar, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out. There is one more girl who I really, really want and I feel the other judges will be competing over her too so I see an interesting battle coming along.

Casting (Cont.)     Maryna: Sorry Cassi, but please pack your bags and go home. Cassi: *punches a wall on the way out*     Liya: Congratulations Ali. So who will you choose? Maryna: Pick meeeeee! Hilary: Cmon im a lot more suited for you. Liya: Pick classy not trashy. Ali: Your all really tempting but.......I would have to go with Hilary! Hilary: Im so glad to have you Ali. *hugs her*  Marloes: Im flattered to have both of you want me. However one of you I feel gets what type of modeling I can do best. So I am going to go with Maryna! Liya: Well then that means Maryna your spots are all filled up.  Anna S: Team Hilary it is! Hilary *Confessional* So now Maryna and I have our teams filled. Its all up to Liya who she casts.    Liya: Alla, Katrin and Catherine. There are three of you here. But only one spot left on my team. I was the only judge left to pick any of you for their team. So which girl is getting my last spot? Catherine! You were actually wanted by all three coaches before their spots filled up, and you were one of my top picks. So congratulatons you are joining my team! Katrin and Alla, I am sorry but neither of you are joining the cast. Maryna: So now its time to get this competition on the road! We will see you girls again at your model loft! Liya: *Hugs Catherine* I'm so excited that I got you! *hugs Alla and Katrin too before they depart* I actually wanted both of you two, so don't be discouraged!
*in confessional* When it got down to the final three girls and only one spot left on my team, I was so relieved because that meant Catherine automatically went to me and I wanted her so much. I felt bad for Katrin and Alla though because I actually wanted both of them as well, but sadly my team had already filled up. My sympathies really do go out to all of the girls who didn't make it because I wanted almost all of them and I'm sure the other judges did too, but we just couldn't afford that many spots on our teams.

Marloes: im really happy to have made it and I think im perfect for Maryna's team
Ali: all three wanted me I know I have to live up to that now im so happy with hillary
Cara: i dont want to seem pompous but I totally see myself as a front runner

Hilary: *Confessional* I really really wanted Marloes because I see a lot of versatile potential in her. I didn't get her, but I all four of my girls were in my top five that I wanted. I'm so happy with all my girls and I think they will work really well together. Though all of my girls are brunette and fair skinned, I do feel like I have the most versatile team because even though they look similar, by what they did in casting it shows that they are really different. Both the other teams have at least two girls who are basically the same. If my team wins in a week, I will definitely keep both of them because that will definitely limit the other teams. My girls may not be the most unique, well Bambi is pretty friggen unique, but other than her, they don't have the most unique looks, but they have the looks that will get booked and I am very excited to see them in action.

I couldn't be happier with my team! I see a lot of potential in Freja, she is that girl who you line up with a million others and she just stands out. Marloes is like a mini me, I know Hilary wanted her badly too but luckily I was her top coach pick. Cara has this natural intensity and power in photo's, and Rosie is this cute babydoll who contrasts the others more intense looks. The first shoot is coming soon and I am so ready for this!

They will be posing in a beautiful yet simple ballroom, but they will be wearing unique high fashion outfits. Coach's DirectionsTeam Maryna Maryna: Hello girlies! *Hugs her team* So lets get this show on the road. Freja, you are going to be right smack at the center of the photo. I want you to use your edginess to your advantage and serve me some androgyny. You can wear suits and any other type of edgy menswear, or you can also mix and match male and female pieces. Now Marloes, Cara and Rosie. You three are going to be taking the feminime role. You will be styled like these high end debutantes, wearing cute dresses that are also high fashion and looking very feminime. Example. The idea of the photo is to have Freja as the edgy androgynous bad boy, and the other three of you to be her soft and feminime admirers. Were using our strengths to create a contrast and work together. Shots should be full body or at least to the knees. Make me proud girls! Team Liya Liya: Hello team, gather round now! Now, I am open to any suggestions you all may have and I feel that you are a group of chameleons so the roles are flexible, but here is the idea I was thinking. Georgina and Catherine, I feel that both of you have the ability to stand-out and bring me the drama, so I would love for you both to do something creative together. I want to see exaggerated, dynamic poses and expressions, maybe even some movement, and feel free to bring in some sensuality or strength, but don't forgot to remain elegant and classy! Ioanna and Magdalena, I would love for you two to be the opposite and play more conservative types; I want to use your similarities to your advantage this week and have you two be very posh, proud, and proper; basically, I'm looking for you two to look like stuck-up rich bitch sisters. I'd love an image in which Georgina and Catherine are causing a scene on one end, and Magdalena and Ioanna are haughtily judging them on the other. You should all be in dresses, gowns, or suits and make sure to be full-body or at least from the knees/thigh area, and take as many frames as you need to get it right! Hilary: *Confessional* I think I took a huge risk with the direction that I went with the shoot. The other coaches kind of focused on their girls' strengths and played them up when I wanted to go for something different. All of my girls have very feminine looks, but I put three of them in suits. I'm really hoping that they can pull it off. I gave Ali the lead because I think she has so much potential, but she needs the push. I am pushing her really hard very early on because I feel like I can make her into a huge competitor in this competition.

I can't see this shot of Georgina (her 4th). Liya: *in confessional* This is proving to be an interesting week. Some of my girls actually exceeded my expectations in some regards and none of them were afraid to take a risk and try something different, which I liked because you can pull a girl back more easily than force something out of her that isn't already there. I do feel a certain amount of pressure going into this because this client is one that really pertains to me more than the other judges; I'm pretty sure I've appeared in American Vogue more than the other two combined. So, hopefully all turns out well and my team ends up on top this week! I think we have a shot, I'm proud of my girls' performances and I think our shot will stand out the most, especially because the other two teams' themes are basically the same as one another except with their roles reversed. |
