ELIMINATION Hello ladies, and welcome to your sixth elimination. This week you actually shot two photos in one, for you were all posing as alter-egos over a Ford Mustang. We expected interesting, editorial, dynamic photos and a strong portrayal of both egos while staying modelesque, so let's see who rose to the challenge! The first name I am going to call is...  EVA! No surprise here, you really stepped it up and rocked both shots this week, and you were called first by each of the six judges. Congratulations, your final score was 6. The second name I will call is... NORELLE! As consistent as ever, you were the only other girl to be placed in the upper half of every call-out order. Your final score was 17. Now comes a big point gap before the next score, though the following four are all super close. The next name I am going to call is... AMANDA! Your final score was 26. CASSIE! You were definitely the most polarizing girl this week with placements either at the top or the bottom and not in between, so working on winning all the judges over. Your final score was 27. TOCCARA! You were very middle of the road this week, so work on bringing back your spark. Your final score was 28. The last name before the bottom two is... NICOLE! You really slipped from your usual spot at the top this week, step it back up! Your final score was 29. Will Jennipher and Yaya please step forward? Jennipher, you have spent so long here that it is just expected at this point. Yaya, you are actually a bit of a surprise since you have been a consistent frontrunner, but this week you plummeted to the bottom. However, this is still a very obvious decision, so the girl who will be staying is...  YAYA! Congratulations Yaya, you were nowhere near being actually eliminated this week, but step it back up because we are used to seeing greatness from you. ELIMINATION Hello ladies, and welcome to your seventh competition. We are officially at the halfway point now, and after this week, the competition will be down to less than half its original number. Crazy, right? And on top of that...next week the final 6 will be going to TOKYO, JAPAN! But one of you will be left behind sadly. To determine who goes abroad, this week you ladies shot an ad for Verragio Diamonds which involved taking a dark beauty shot featuring some beautiful jewelry and a terrifying tarantula. Who prevailed in this frightful shoot, and who performed frightfully? Let's fine out! The first name I am going to call is... YAYA! Congratulations Yaya, last week I told you to step it back up and that you did, your photo was undeniably stunning this week and was never voted outside the top three. Your final score was 9. Runner up for best photo is... NICOLE! Congratulations Nicole, you've stepped it back up as well, your final score was 11. EVA! I'm proud of you for still delivering a beautiful photo despite your paralytic fear of spiders. Congratulations, your final score is 16. NORELLE! Your final score was 18. AMANDA! You took a bit of a step down this week, work your way back up! Congratulations, your final score was 23. Will Cassie and Toccara please step forward? Two beautiful girls stand before me, but sadly two lackluster photos were produced by them. You both basically receive the same critique of despite your eye-catching beauty, you both took dull photos, and both of you have limited potential so you can't afford underwhelming photos. This elimination was extremely close, but the girl who will be staying is... TOCCARA! You were saved by only 1 point, so you better thank your lucky stars and work on bringing back that spark you had in the beginning of the competition. Congratulations, you are still in the running, and your final score was 31. *hugs Cassie* Cassie, you are such a pretty girl, but sometimes the judges wonder if you are just a pretty girl which is why you are going home. ELIMINATION Hello ladies, and welcome to your first elimination here in Japan! This week you ladies had an assignment that is almost completely irrelevant to modeling, and to make it even trickier and less related to fashion, you didn't even get to use your native tongue! So you ladies randomly shot a commercial for Campbell's Soup in Japanese, and the expectations for this assignment are...well, not much really, it's kinda stupid. However, one of you clearly excelled above the rest, so congratulations...  YAYA! As the only agreeably amazing actress, you were an obvious choice. Congratulations on your second consecutive FCO girl, your final score was 7. The next name I am going to call is... NICOLE! Tyra originally called you forgettable and I entirely agree this week, but luckily for you the other three judges seem to have a soft spot for you. Your final score was 9. AMANDA! Congratulations, everyone agreed that you at least didn't suck! Your final score was 13. NORELLE! You didn't do poorly this week, but you didn't do well either, so work on stepping it back up. Congratulations, your final score was 15. Will Eva and Toccara please step forward? This is an interesting bottom two for 2 big reasons, the first of which is that both of you have something that severely limits your potential, and the second is that you two probably have the biggest stand-out personalities here that somehow didn't translate well into your commercials this week. Eva, you started off a bit slowly in this competition but as of late you had been stepping it up, but sadly this week you fell to your lowest position yet. Toccara, this is your second week in a row here at the bottom, which is quite worrisome. I thought you would have such a spark this week, but it seems that the other judges didn't agree. The girl who will be staying is...  ...to be determined! Your scores were exactly tied at 20 apiece this week, so it looks like we need to have a vote-off to determine who stays! So sit tight while we take care of this tricky situation. |
