Amanda: *confessional* It's really weird. I was looking at the grades that are posted and it's saying that Samantha is the girl to be, but I'm honestly not really scared of her. Like she is a pretty girl, but she gives the same look in every photo. There is never anything different and I think that's gonna get old for Lara pretty quickly. The one I'm nervous about is Amanda M. She's progressively hitting her stride and I'm pretty sure these past two weeks were her jumping out of the gates. That girl is going to be tough to beat.

You have been doing really well lately, and this week is no different. I like that even with a more high fashion type of styling you still captured the softness we wanted. Your face is beautiful natural like that, and your expression is soft, I like the eyes a lot. Well done Amanda M!
Your face is so enchanting here, the way the light hits it and your eyes, its so soft and ethereal. I love that dress on you and I like how you created a sense of freedom with your pose, that being said I do think you could have been more graceful with the pose. Overall a great photograph though.
I was a little worried about how you would perform Colton, since this shoot is more suited towards the girls I think, but you were great on set, and this photo is stunning! I like how you combined your soft, almost doe eyed expression with the masculine body language. Your face is great, body is great, no real complains here.
I was disapointed with your on set performance Diandra. This is a nice photo, you went the smiling route but its not cheesy so it works fine. Its a nice smile too, but there's just no connection in the face, its like your vacantly smiling into the distance without connecting to something, and the pose is okay but it doesnt interest me.
This is lovely Kate. You look so angelic, even in a swimsuit. Your pose is great and your face is so ethereal and captivating. I think you captured the theme very well and your eyes have a great connection with the camera, the mouth is a little snarly but just overall really great job this week.
Throughout your film you had consistantly great poses, but the face just seemed to be off. The angles just werent doing anything for your bone structure. I love your pose here, you sell the clothes and the elongated neck is great. I think the eyes are nice but a little too hooded and your mouth is pretty tense.
I never expected to see you look this commercial Snejana! The irony is that its on the week where you could have gotten a commercial grade without looking it. Anyways, your smile is great, cute but not too commercial, and I like the energy in the pose. This was however the only usable shot in your film though. Nice job. |

Lara: Hi my final six! Im sure you are all excited to explore China, this cycles overseas destination, but before that you will have your first photoshoot here. Have you guys heard of The Red Beach? Its this gorgeous area here in China that famous for its red plantlife. You will be styled in haute couture dresses/outfits for a dramatic, strong photograph that is both couture and editorial. You will be shot full body or mostly full body, and keeping with the red look at least one piece of your outfit must be red (that I can edit so no worries)Im really looking forward to seeing captivating couture/editorial images this week. Judging (Didnt really have time to add red to some photos)
Slaaaaay. Literally you stepped on to that set and worked it Amanda, this photo is probably my favorite of you so far. I feel like you just completely understood the brief and every aspect of the shot works together.You look tall, and have this huge outfit on but don’t look overwhelmed at all, effortless instead. And your face is so stunning, regal, high fashion, I could go on. Amazing job.
Lovely. You look very elegant, but there is also something about your expression that is very haunting. I like the movement you are giving even in that dress. Your face is strong, composed and very edgy, and I like that a lot. I dont have any complaints, just overall well done Amanda.
Your face is stunning here Colton, I love the angle and the expression. Its effortless and stunning, in a handsome way. I really like the movement of your pose, though you could have looked a little taller, but its still no doubt that this is a strong photograph, great job!
You had better shots but they were too sexual for this shoot, and not in a high fashion way. I like this because even though you have such a curvy body you look more regal and high class here. That dress is great on you and your facial expression is quite stunning, and even though the pose is a little simple it still works pretty well.
This is a sensual photo, but its still really high fashion and regal in a way that works. Thats hard to do. I love how you stretched your body to fill up the shot and it looks so elegant, your expression is royal like a queen and the styling just drapes beautifully on you. Its a stunning photo Samantha, no complaints here.
You and Samantha really went for similar poses, im a bigger fan of yours though Snejana. You flawlessly worked your body here, the pointed toe, bent knee, arms, etc. And its made even more flawless by that dress flowing off your body. Your expression is really stunning as well, soft, ethereal, you make me think of a mermaid almost. I adore this photo. |

Lara: Hello final five! Modern day China is currently becoming quite known for its very modern architecture, in contrasts to its old cultural style. So for this weeks photo-shoot we will be taking you to the Beijing South Railway station, which is known for its modern, almost futuristic architecture, making it a perfect place for this weeks photo-shoot. You will be posing as passengers strutting through the station, for styling think modern high end traveler, think suits, formal dress, etc. Also some kind of movement is required, as you will be getting a runway grade from this shoot. Go get that photo. *hugs Lara with a tear coming down her face and a smile* Thank you so much for this opportunity. *turns to the other contestants* Good luck guys, you're all going to do great. *Exit confessional* Of course I'm sad to be leaving, but I can't see I didn't see it coming. I was very up and down throughout the competition. I did very well in the sexy and commercial shoots which I expected, but struggled in the more high fashion, couture shoots because my look really wasn't suited to them and I can't really control that I am curvy, conventionally pretty, and blonde. I am just proud of myself for making it overseas because coming into the competition, I really was not expecting to make it very far considering the caliber of girls I was up again. I do think it kind of sucks that I went home to Colton because I really feel like he's only still here because he is a guy. The guy always makes at least top five because it automatically differentiates him from the rest of the girls, but he is no Evandro. I'd probably like to see anyone, but him win just because I don't think her compares to the rest of the girls remaining. By how the competition has been going, I probably see Amanda M winning because she's really been on a roll lately, but I'd love to see someone like Amanda W win just because she really was not expected to go far at the beginning of the competition, but she's proven herself over and over again.
