ANTM is shaking up the judging panel once again with Rob being replaced by Miss Jay! Also, Johnny Wujek will be replaced by Yu Tsai (The Guess photographer from last cycle). There are also rumors that Bryanboy won't be returning but nothing is confirmed. Voting starts Feb. 20th but the semifinalists were released yesterday. Here they are! GIRLS

Girls: 1. Jamie (FIERCE, QUEEN, BOMBSHELL, ETC. This girl is just stunning. She has the perfect Guess look, HF potential, and looks like a mix between Bregje Heinen and the girl from The Wolf of Wall Street. Based off this video she seems to have a flawless personality as well. It sucks that she has like no shot of winning since the past two winners gear towards the same market and Tyra probably wants a guy to win) 2. Olay (Loveeeeee. Her and Jamie are my top 2 of the whole cast, she's like a mix of Jourdan Dunn and Jasmine Tookes. Her pre-show work is amazing and I can't wait to see her photos) 3. Shei (Finally another asian contestant! Her body is amazing and from what I can remember from Project Runway her walk is pretty good too. Her face is kind of plain jane to me but I'm sure she'll turn it out in photos) 4. Kari (Opposite of Shei, AMAZING face but subpar body. This selfie doesn't do her justice because some of her pre-show work is stunning. That body limits her potential but something about her is making me wanna root for her. 5. Kate (Looking at her pre-show work she definitely knows how to pose and move around on set so I think she deserves to make it) 6. Lindsay 7. Chantelle (A sob story gone right! She has vitiligo but it doesn't seem to shake her confidence. The symmetry of it looks beautiful and unlike Tahlia she actually has potential! While I don't want her to win I think she'd be a great addition to the cast.) Guys: 1. Josh D. (Yes. Yes. Yes. I don't even care that he's my favorite solely cause he's hot. Just yes) 2. Danny (Loved him from last cycle. He has a charming personality and his pre-show work shows that he knows how to model!) 3. Zaquan (Amazing facially but he's either short or just has bad proportions) 4. Keith (Tyson 2.0) 5. Mark 6. Matthew 7. Will 8. Ethan This cast is really strong! Definitely way stronger than last cycle. Hopefully Tyra doesn't screw up and pick the duds. |

It's difficult to form a strong opinion based on these photos alone, so until I see more substantial work from them I am going to refrain from full judgment. I have seen some pre-show photos from a few of them though and overall this cast seems like a bit of an upgrade from the latest cycles, so I'm happy about that.
So far for the girls, I am definitely liking Olay, Shei, and Jamie as well. For the guys, I am certainly glad that Danny is back and I'm also liking the looks of Ben, ZaQuan, and Josh D.
