ELIMINATIONElle: Welcome to your first judging ladies. This week you posed at a crazy tea party and as a result, your photos weren't too bad for week one. Two of you really stood out and are only separated by a point. The girl who did the best this week was...  Holly! (4) This is a great start of the competition. Congratulations, you're still in the running towards becoming Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. Juste. (5) A very close second. Great job. Stacy. (11) Hannah. (14) Tanya. (14) You tied with Hannah, but two judges preferred her shot to yours. Jade. (16) Imogen. (23) Amy. (24) Ufuoma. (27) Joanne. (31) Will Anastasija, Jessica, and Kimberleigh please step forward. Anastasija, while you had fun with the shoot, it didn't turn out looking like a model. You didn't angle your face right and you gave yourself an unflattering look. Jessica, you're older and curvier than the other girls and need to work extra hard, but this week, it just looked stiff and fake. Kimberleigh, you have a lot of potential, but you looked awkward and uncomfortable in front of the camera. Only one of you can continue on, though.  Jessica. (32) You just barely made it through. Congratulations. *hugs Anastasija* (34) You are beautiful girl, but it seemed like the other girls already understood their angles while you didn't. Even though it's week one and there is a learning aspect to this competition, the others already seemed to be ahead of you. Goodbye and good luck, *hugs Kimberly* (38) You are a gorgeous girl and I really though you were going to go far in this competition based off of your promo work, but you need to believe you can do it. You are not Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. |

ELIMINATIONElle: Welcome back ladies. This week we will cut from 11 to 10 as one of you is sent packing. You did a beautiful nude shoot this week and the results were rather impressive. The girl who did the best this week is... Juste! (7) It's demure, soft, and absolutely gorgeous. Amazing job. Hannah. (8) A very, very close second. Holly. (9) And a very, very close third. Amy. (15) I personally thought your shot was AMAZING this week, but the other judges did not. Tanya. (17) Jade. (18) Imogen. (20) Jessica. (21) Joanne. (24) Will Stacey and Ufuoma please step forward. Stacy, you have so much potential. Possibly the most potential here, but you did not show it in front of the camera. You looked scared and uncomfortable. Ufuoma, you are such a vivacious girl, but that wasn't what we wanted to see in your photo this week. It was too commercial and we question your high fashion abilities. Stacey. (28) We want to see you grow and we think you have more potential to do so than Ufuoma. *hugs Ufuoma* You're a beautiful girl that can do really well commercially, but we are looking for that all around, amazing girl and we aren't sure that's you.
