Casting Critiques
Liya: Hello ladies! We have all finally met and I have received all of your casting tasks, so now it is time for me to review them. I will present each of you with a brief critique on my first impressions, and then I will finish my deliberation in private and call you all back to announce the final fifteen. I shall proceed with the critiques in alphabetical order, so Alice, you are first.
Alice: Well, someone is setting the bar extremely high! Everything about you was amazing; your portrait, your full body shot, your potential...your body is incredible and your face is beautiful, and that fiery hair will help set you apart from all the other newcomers with great faces and bodies.
Analeigh: I really like you, but unfortunately I didn’t really like your audition. You did stand out and you are memorable, so that is good, and your casting shot was decent, but you kinda missed the mark on your portrait. I also worry that you might be a bit too actressy and commercial to keep up with the other girls.
Barbra: Your proportions are a little unusual and your look isn’t the edgiest, but there is something about you that still stands out. Your casting shot was wonderful and your portrait was nice, and overall I think I like you.
Eboni: My god, you have the goods! Your proportions are ridiculously good (I looked them up: 34-23.5-33) and your age is perfect. However, I’m not sure if you completely know how to use them yet...your portrait was unique and beautiful, but your casting shot was frumpy and I saw more of a music video hoe than a model.
Isabeli: You are so ridiculously gorgeous, I just can’t get over it. Your shots really don’t matter based on how amazing your appearance is, but I’ll still comment that they were good, your portrait was especially beautiful and one of the most portrait-y of the bunch.
Joan: You are so stunning, I think you could bring the supermodel status back. That portrait of yours was just divine, and your casting shot was good too though a bit vacant. I’m impressed with you.
Katrin: You’ve really got the makings of a model all the way from head to toe. Your portrait was incredibly gorgeous and your casting was a little bland though good. The only problem I see with you is that for some reason you aren’t standing out much to me.
Kelsey: My goodness, that portrait of yours is gorgeous! It could be your saving grace, because aside from that I wasn’t too impressed. Your shortness showed in your casting shot, which looked more like a promo for That 70s Show than a model shot to me, but that face might be enough to bring you in.
Lara: Your potential is undeniable, I could see you becoming an international sensation. However, I am not sure if you are ready because your shots showed you need some refining; your portrait was beautiful but very asymmetrical and your casting shot was broodier and not as simple as I would have liked.
Leila: I see a diamond in the rough with you, but right now it’s really rough. I do like your casting shot, your body looks great and you look edgy and interesting, and your portrait does have a natural edge that I like but I wish that both shots were more refined. Your potential is strong though.
Lily: You definitely are an English rose and I’d love to see you bloom. Your casting shot was awkward, to say the least, but it did at least display your potential. Your portrait was stunning though.
Lindsey: You have a wonderfully unique look, I could see you bring back the doll-model era. However, I’m not sure if you understand how to use it yet; both of your shots were very messy, though at least you stand out.
Mackenzie: You’re another girl who falls into the tremendous potential but needs refining category, though for you it’s a literal lack of refinement that I’ll critique in your photos. Your shots were just a bit messy and tired, which distracted from your beauty.
Magdalena: Holy cow, you are gorgeous! You’ve got a million-dollar face and that alone could make you a top model. Both of your shots were pretty good; your casting shot displayed your potential well though it was a little vacant, and your portrait was gorgeous though I wish there was more emphasis on your face as opposed to the hair.
Marloes: It’s funny, after seeing your measurements I was thinking “Oh, this will be a beauty girl,” but your body actually looks great in your casting shot while your face looks common and tired. Your beauty does shine in your portrait though, but you look a little confused.
Masha: You are quite beautiful, your face reminds me of a mix of so many other successful models and even a few other girls here. However, though you clearly have the makings for a successful model, I’m not sure if you have the edge and uniqueness of a supermodel which was apparent in your shots; your shots were good, but nothing really popped in either except for the fact that you didn’t completely follow directions in your portrait.
Mollie Sue: You have fantastic facial features and a pretty decent body too. But something just wasn’t quite coming together in your photos, you looked tired and almost a little unhealthy. You do have edge and potential though, so if you make it into the cast take better care of yourself.
Olga: I think you mixed up the tasks a little bit since your portrait was simpler than I would have liked and your casting was more dramatic, but other than that I can’t find much of a critique because you are gorgeous and unique with plenty of potential and still performed quite well in both shoots.
Ollie: Going blonde was probably the best choice you’ve ever made, you are so ethereal and such a stand out. My only worry is that it ages you a little bit. But anyway, your portrait was gorgeous and your casting shot was decent though vacant.
Riquelle: You remind me of Anabela Belikova a little bit; you’re somewhat reminiscent of the doll-like era models, but then you’ve got almost bird-like features that give you a modern edge. Anyway, you’ve got potential and I like your look, and aside from the slightly wonky eyes in your portrait, you performed excellently.
Sasha: You’re a unique one to look out for, I can already tell. Your portrait is classic and beautiful, and while your casting shot could be more flattering, I appreciate the risk you took with your pose.
Skye: You almost don’t even look real, you’ve got such a unique, ethereal, alienesque quality about you. Your portrait was beautiful and though you looked a little short and cheap in your casting shot, that was still good too.
Tamara: You remind me of a modern version of a classic model from the supermodel era years ago. Your potential is great and so are your photos, your casting was among the best of the bunch and your portrait had a nice vintage appeal.
Toni: Your face is so undeniably beautiful and your body is fantastic as well. There’s something a little off about your portrait with the neck and eyes but it is still amazingly stunning and elegant, but your casting shot made you look cheap.
