My Opinions on the Latest Episode:
The Test Shoot: I was really annoyed with Devyn. She seriously just acted like a pouty little girl, well she basically acted that way for the entire episode, actually. Half the girls there couldn't nail the choreography, but they didn't walk off because of it. I completely agree that the winner being Ebony because she killed it, but I was really impressed with Stephanie as well and was happy that she actually performed very well.
The Campaign: I thought the most of the results were really impressive. I agree that the two best campaigns were Karolina's and Naomi's, but I probably would have given the win to Karolina. I really loved their group shot because they all looked like they were interacting and having fun together where I felt like Naomi's group shot looked a little disconnected.
The Elimination: Just as I thought Naomi was being a fair judge, she completely lost my respect. Last week she told Ebony and Brittany to stop with the sob stories and to show that they are the best and she picked Ebony, the clearly stronger girl. Then she blatantly said in her confessional that she picked Stephanie over Madeline because Madeline was the clearly stronger girl and she hid that under calling her unmemorable when she just won the Vogue Eyewear challenge. Stephanie, I really like her look and I think she's a quick learner, but she obviously should have went home because she was the weakest at the campaign. If Naomi was really smart and looking out for her team, she would have sent Stephanie home to leave Margaux, arguably the strongest girl in the competition, to fight on her own because the chances of one girl winning the rest of the challenges is really slim. Once she loses, she'd have to go in, and then you could take out the strongest girl. It would weaken the strongest girl, but leaving Stephanie there does kind of cancel out Margaux's talent. I don't know, it's a confusing predicament.
Overall: I just want Sandra to leave. And I know she isn't going to. Naomi will put in Jocelyn if they ever lose because it is clear that she gives more attention to Sandra and she just loves Zi Lin (I agree that Zi Lin is obviously the best on the team). But I am taking Jocelyn's side on Sandra's gloating. It's just disrespectful to the girls who know they may be going home. It's like when Leila and Kiara did well in the water fall week last cycle of ANTM and Kristin was upset about possibly going home. It's annoying and rude. SEND HER HOME.

So my opinions on this episode: I agree that Devyn was whining this entire episode. It was really annoying. I really like the idea behind the test shoot and I agreed that Ebony killed it and deserved that win, Stephanie and several others also did well. I really loved the campaign this week. I thought most of the girls nailed commercial really well. Team wise I would have given it to Naomi. Just because as much as I love her, Madeleine didnt do that great and Devyn was a bit forced. And I really liked Naomi's group shot. Individually I thought Zi Lin and Ebony were the best. Zi lin is so tall and graceful and it just works for her, and Ebony has the perfect smile. Margaux also did extremely well. And Stephanie was pretty bad, which is disapointing because she was doing good at the test shoot. This elimination made me so frustrated though. If I was Karolina I would have sent Devyn there for her attitude. Poor Madeleine didnt deserve that and even less did she deserve going home, ugh and she was my favorite girl too. Im so over Stephanie. She was the worst in the campaign and should have gone home. I cant even. Right now I hope either she, Sandra or Devyn go. Leaving Zi Lin, Jocely, Ebony and Margaux as my ideal final four.

I feel similarly to you two for this episode, unsurprisingly.
Ebony killed the test shoot and totally deserved to win, though I was also quite impressed with Zi Lin and Stephanie. Overall it was an interesting teach/shoot though because I do agree that fluidity is important for posing and that being able to flow is more important that just matching choreography.
As for the shoot, I was quite impressed with the results overall, all of the ladies look good in the clothes and the shots, and I am glad to see they are continuing to work for real clients. Individually, I'd say Marguax, Ebony, and Zi Lin definitely did the best, all three of those ladies nailed both their individual and group shots. Sandra's shots were also good, as were Jocelyn's and Devyn's. I actually think that Madeleine did the worst but Stephanie was close to the worst as well. As far as the groups go, for me it is very difficult to choose between Karolina and Naomi, so I was fine with either winning though I would have preferred Karolina since I think she is the fairer judge and because there would be a chance of Sandra going home (though I feel Naomi would have put Jocelyn up for elimination instead).
When it came to the elimination, I was completely torn. On the one hand, Stephanie is so fresh and she is learning quite quickly and overall I thought her performance in the test shoot and the campaign were both better than Madeleine's that week, and that her runway was way better the week before as well. I also think that Stephanie's charisma and personal presentation are much stronger than Madeleine's, hence how she has been able to go up in front of the judges unscathed so many times. I also agree that Madeleine is a bit forgettable, I couldn't pick her out of the group until she won the sunglasses challenge. However, this was Madeleine's first time in the bottom compared to Stephanie's third, and overall Madeleine had been doing pretty well in the competition though I don't think she had stood out in any campaigns.
Out of fairness, Madeleine probably deserved to stay, but I like both and wanted both to continue onward so I just wasn't a fan of the elimination situation in general. I thought Naomi's initial explanation was reasonable and if she had left it at that then I would not have been bothered much, but when she finished by saying she kept Stephanie as the weaker threat, that annoyed me a bit...though at least Naomi admitted to it and isn't trying to hide her true colors from the audience, which I'll commend her for since we are so used to Tyra covering everything up with unicorns and rainbows. I would, however, love it if Stephanie drastically improved immediately and stomped all over Naomi's team to make her regret her decision and finally get rid of Sandra, who is so over the top and unprofessional.

Not sure if anyone has caught the latest episode yet, but here are my thoughts on it:
I loved this episode, it may have been my favorite episode yet. I thought the challenge and shoot were both good, especially given that commercials can and often do go awry in modeling competitions. I wish that they had gone for another photoshoot instead of a commercial, but at least the commercials were relevant and legit instead of stupid and gimmicky (i.e. no ridiculous H2T water or gender bender perfume).
I was very happy when Stephanie won the challenge, she totally killed it and surprised everyone which I liked because I've wanted her to turn around and make every regret seeing her as the weak link. Ebony and Devyn also nailed their challenges too though, and Zi Lin was good up until the line delivery. Jocelyn and Margaux weren't as good as I had expected, but obviously Sandra did the worst as she stormed off and had her episode on set. I did feel Naomi went a bit overboard with the laughter, though I was laughing too when I saw the lipstick on the guy's neck and either way Sandra needs to learn to handle criticism better.
Onto the shoot, I was so glad when Karolina's team won because I think they did the best by far and they have been robbed from a couple of wins at this point I feel like. And Karolina is definitely my favorite judge, she is so sweet and honest and fair, and seems so genuinely interested in and respectful towards her girls while still keeping her eyes on the prize. Anyway, I think team Coco also did pretty well and Stephanie was individually the best this week I think, her performance was very engaging and fun and natural. Naomi's team did the worst though I think their commercial was still decent, just not as engaging as the other two.
As for elimination, I was SO happy that Sandra was finally eliminated. She has a great body and obvious entertainment value, but she has been quite obnoxious to everyone really and hasn't been performing that well. Plus it would have been madness to eliminate Margaux over her. So it was very nice to finally have Sandra out of the way.

I just saw the episode. I really liked it!
The challenge: I thought it was funny. It was clearly more for entertainment value but the show made it fun to watch, unlike ANTM's gimmicky challenges, and the Stephanie's reaction to the condom was hilarious.
The red carpet: I like how it capitalized on the fact that they were Ulta representatives as opposed to models on a reality tv competition. Individually I thought Ebony did the best, she can walk, pose, be friendly, answer questions and look stunning. Zi Lin would have been my first choice but she messed up with the question at the end. Devyn also did well, she looked amazing in her dress. I agree with Jocelyn and Stephanie going home. Stephanie is clearly not at the other girls level and Jocelyn was pretty bad to watch, speaking is clearly not her thing. Right elimination and even though I wish Madeleine were there instead of Devyn its a really diverse and strong final four.
So are you guys looking forward to the finale? I'm hoping Devyn gets fourth, and between Margaux, Ebony and Zi Lin I am fine with either of them winning. Though I wont lie I am especially rooting for Ebony; and also Zi Lin as well, Margaux is great but i'd be 100% satisfied if it ended up being Ebony/Zi Lin.

I just watched the episode as well, and I really liked it too!
I agree about the challenge, it didn't have as much relevance as the past ones but it wasn't completely out of the blue either and it had entertaining results. Stephanie's reaction to the condom was priceless.
I do wish that there was a photoshoot aspect as well since it was a double elimination and they've only done a few shoots so far, but overall I did like the red carpet a lot and how they paid attention to every part. I also think that Ebony knocked it out of the park, she handled everything so well and she looked gorgeous and she has the most naturally radiant smile ever, she just looked like a star. Devyn also did well, so I was glad to see team KK win again. Zi Lin also would have been my #1 had she not flubbed on the makeup thing, but she overall looked amazing and really stood out. Stephanie was also great, and nobody actually did poorly IMO though Jocelyn was a bit cold and unnoticeable.
I completely agreed with the eliminations of course; I was sad to see Stephanie go since she has improved a lot and I love a good underdog, and she has been doing so well especially lately, but at the end of the day she's not as strong a print model as the rest and that's the number 1 factor in becoming a top model. I don't dislike Jocelyn but I was kinda over her at this point so I didn't mind seeing her go, and Zi Lin is obviously the stronger of the two. And Karolina is such a fair and honest judge, she is my favorite coach and I wonder what ANTM would have ended up like with her as the host instead...
Anyway, going into the finale I have no idea who I am rooting for, I think it's such a strong and well-rounded group and I am perfectly happy with any of them winning. I guess Ebony would be my #1 choice as well if I had to choose, but I love all the girls really.

Is there anywhere we can watch the last episode online because it is not on oxygen... Yeah, I had to watch it via project free tv (which is a great site for most shows and even some movies). Here's a link: www.free-tv-video-online.me/internet/the_face/season_1.htmlIf you scroll down to the bottom, you'll see the latest episode (6, I believe).

I loved the finale, I thought the photoshoot was stunning and I like how we got to see each of the girls frames as the shoot went on. The winner I didn't love. I mean all four are great girls and I agree that Devyn has an international look and a fantastic runway body. But I just preferred the other three over her! I was really rooting for Zi Lin especially. She was flawless. Ebony's elimination was sooo heartbreaking. Like it just made me want to cry with her, I truly hope she pursues modeling even though with her two kids I can understand if she isn't able too, but she is so incredibly stunning and inviting and could be really successful commercially. Overall I would say even though the winner was my least favorite of the final four, the season was overall better than anything ANTM has done in a while. The challenges were great, I loved all the coaches and I guess I am happy for Devyn, she's a good model and i'm glad for her and her daughter. On a side note have you guys seen Devyn with long hair? i1306.photobucket.com/albums/s570/funfun683/devyn-abdullah-face_zps20ce1abc.jpgI actually think she looks really good!

I loved the finale as well, and I agree about the photoshoot, it was simple and clean in a good way and all of the shots would have made very good ads.
I am definitely happy for Devyn, though I really would have been happy for any of the girls since it was overall a very strong and well-rounded final 4, though I was rooting for Zi Lin and Ebony the most. I think Zi Lin did the best overall in the finale and her ad was by far my favorite so I was a bit disappointed she didn't win.
I totally agree about Ebony's elimination, it was so heartbreaking and you could tell she was very upset, but she handled it very well and professionally. I really hope she finds a way to pursue modeling as well because she really does have a fantastic look and a real spark to her that makes her stand out and shine.
I was really happy that Team Karolina won though, KK is my favorite judge and she had the strongest team by far IMO so she really deserved the win, and you could tell that Karolina was very invested in not only the competition but also her girls, so it was nice to see her be gratified in the end. And I agree that the overall outcome was much better than anything ANTM has done in a while, the finale was good with a very strong group of final girls and a strong winner.
And wow, Devyn looks really good with long her, I might actually prefer her that way! As far as runway and editorial/high fashion work goes, the short hair is probably a smarter move that will help her stand out more, but she could easily go glamazon with the long hair.

Oh, apparently Ebony is pregnant again and is due on September 6...so that might be another roadblock for her modeling career, having child #3. However, congrats to her I suppose, she really seems to love her kids at least!

The Season 2 contestants have been released! the-face.oxygen.com/blogs/season-2-contestants-announced#fbid=w5hGCrLpOJzAnd it has also been announced that Anne V and Lydia Hearst replaced Karolina and Coco, and that the new prize is now an ad campaign with Frédéric Fekkai instead of Ulta, which is certainly an upgrade though not as big of one as I had hoped, though they also get an editorial in Elle now to go with it.
