Iris, you are not here for having the weakest photo. You are here because I am not seeing you improve, as much as you should. Its the third week into the competition and you have either been near the bottom or in the middle, and it reflects on your grades. Agyness, youve done well, okay the first week, fantastic last week, but this week you had the worst photo out of the bunch. So who stays? The girl with tons of potential who still hasnt delivered? Or the girl who has done well in the past, but had the worst photo?

Iris, I am sorry but I have just not been seeing improvement from you and even though your shot this week was good it would have still been near the bottom. Im sorry but you have been expelled. |

Photoshoots
Shoot 1
Lara: Hello ladies, this week you will be doing two photoshoots! For your first photoshoot you will actually be shooting ads for none other than Revlon Cosmetics! Now Revlon ads can either be sensual and glamorous or they can also be sweet and commercial, but not like cheesy covergirl commercial. So pick one and rock it out!
Shoot 2
Now for your 2nd photoshoot you will be doing a swimsuit shoot! However, because we want to get commercial and glamour done this week. You will be shooting the opposite of what you choose for the first shoot. In other words, if you decided to do the sexy side of Revlon you will be doing a cute and commercial swimwear shoot, if you choose to do Revlons commercial side, your swimsuit photo should be hot and steamy. Alright ladies goodluck!

Iris: *looks shocked* Thank you for the opportunity. *walks out after hugging the girls*
*Confessional* I am actually kind of shocked right now. I really expected to go a lot further than I did. I feel like I had one of, if not the, strongest looks, but I guess it just didn't go my way. I'll make it big someday.
Behati: *Confessional* I am dumbfounded to see Iris go. Her face was just stunning and she looked just like a model. I thought that she'd be in the final 3 for sure because she is just so fierce. To see her go so early shows that any mistake can kill you. I was so scared standing next to her in the bottom 3 because I thought I'd go before her. Now I just need to focus on me and not on the other girls.
Elsa: *Confessional* Im actually really disappointed. I thought that I did so well and felt so confident after my shoot, but I had a middle of the road performance. Also, Having straight B's is discouraging. It just means that I'm doing well when I really want to be doing great.

Funny thing about the number 4... *holds up 4 fingers on one hand* ...that if it gets to the number 5... *holds up the 5th finger* ...it leaves my hand open to slap a bitch. So, we don't want me getting that low in the call-out order, now, do we?
