When I saw you pick air I was really aprehensive about it, because Montana had already picked wind and the only difference between the two is that wind is air that is moving. However I do think this sort of works, the fact that there is no fabric or hair blowing in it and it just looks like gases gathered in one area, which is essentially what air is, makes it work. I like the face and I love the pose. I just wish you would have picked a totally different element opposed to a variation of one that was already picked. Thanks Alisar.

Work! I totally see fire in this shot Catherine, and not just because of your flaming red hair. I love the pose, this makes me think of a firebender from Avatar (cartoon references!) and the intensity in the face is just fantastic and really fitting for your element. Well done!

Chantal

Stunning. No doubt, its an amazing photo of you. But clearly you didnt understand the directions this week. I clearly asked for you to portray a natural element, like the kind found in nature. A shield is a tool. thats usually handmade. Clearly, you just completely missed the brief Chantal.

Duong

I love this Duong. I think its so gorgous. I love the dress, and I think it embodies earth. Your leg looks great and I like how it adds a bit of sensuality to this. I think your face is amazng, I love the intensity in your expression, its strong like earth and overall I think you captured your element and just did fantastic.

Meaghan

Im disapointed honestly. When I think of lightning its quick and intense. And I just dont see how this captures any of that. Its the type of photo you would see in like an Elle magazine cover. Stunning, but I have no clue how your posing or exression relate to lightning in any way. I would have loved to see some intense and interesting posing and not something safe like this. See Chantal's photo? Thats what I would have expected for lightning.

This is really stunning Montana. I adore the pose, I love the shape of your body and how it looks like theres movement as well. It looks very effortless and just really captures what wind is to me. I love the flowing fabric and the face looks so edgy and high fashion, its captivating.

Stacey-Ann

I think this is a good photo Stacey-Ann, but I dont think its amazing. Last week you had such a sparkle but I found your film dull this time. I think the face is good, theres a sort of sex appeal to it thats okay. But overall I do feel like the posing and expression are just modeling 101, you did follow the brief though so thats a plus.

This is one of the toughest eliminations so far because I consider you both to be frontrunners, youve both spent at least 4 out of 6 weeks in the top 5. Photoshoot: Rosa Cha

Tyra: Hello ladies and welcome to Brazil! One thing I immedietly think of when I think of Brazil is their beaches, so this week you ladies will actually be working for a client. You ladies will be shooting for Rosa Cha, which are a huge Brazilian swimwear brand. You will be posing on this beautiful beach wearing their designs for their latest ad campaign. They want to see sex appeal, strength and confidence. Alright girls, goodluck!

Alisar: *in confessional* I didn't realize that no elements could be repeated, but luckily air was just different enough from wind for Tyra to look it over a bit, and I still got a good critique on the picture itself which is what will really matter during portfolio reviews. Anyway, I am so excited to be here in Brazil! I've always wanted to come here, and I think I am by far the best suited for the Brazilian market. Even though Duong and Stacy-Ann are also exotic looking, I am a bit more exotic I think and I've got more of a Brazilian bombshell look to me anyway, so I think I will be able to conquer here.

Catherine: *in confessional* I was quite content with my third call-out last week, I definitely think I deserved it and I am glad my photos are beginning to leave bigger impressions with Tyra. I was a bit disappointed with the non-elimination though, the more girls that go means the closer I get to my dream! Though I'm not sure who I wanted to go home...I think Meghan deserved to go home more, I don't get her appeal and her photo was so dull, but I see Chantal as bigger competition and she is better suited for Brazil, so I wouldn't mind her leaving. Oh well, I try not to focus on the other girls too much and try to concentrate on myself, though I do hope somebody really tanks this week because I am not too confident with my swimsuit modeling abilities.

Stacy-Ann: *in confessional* AHHH!!! I am so excited that I am in BRAZIL! I've never been anywhere so exotic and tropical and beautiful and far away! I've always wanted to come here, so this trip is a dream come true. Though of course I am still reaching for that number 1 dream of winning this competition and becoming a supermodel, but these littler dreams are also nice to fulfill. I really hope I win too, I think I have just the right look for Brazil, the only girl better suited for this market than me is Alisar, so hopefully Tyra will take that into account as well.

You really surprised me this week Alisar. In a bad way. You have one of the more exotic and sexy looks here yet I found your film underwhelming, I wanted to see a sexy and effortless swimsuit photo yet your photos came off very reserved. This was the last shot in your film and the only one I felt finally gave that sex appeal I wanted to see. I love the legs and the angles you created are really good as well. I do feel like the styling is too edgy for the client though, and the make up too strong and drag for a swimsuit ad.

Catherine

Now this is the good kind of surprise. I really love this shot Catherine. Besides the snake, which I have an irrational fear of. This is really great. You are standing strong and confident, and even though its a bit simple pose wise the face stops it from being boring, I think theres sensuality in your expression and that its very alluring. So well done.

Chantal

This is an amazing shot Chantal. By far best of the week. I love the pose, its super sexy and your legs go on for miles and your totally giving the sexyness I wanted to see. My main negative is that like Alisar I felt the styling was too edgy for the client, to be honest its sort of costume-ish looking. Amazing photo but im not sure it 100% fits the client.

Duong

I think this is a good shot Duong, I wouldnt really say its amazing though. I like that you are giving some confidence with the pose but I do think the expression is lacking, and that theres nothing really special about the photo that sets it apart from the others or makes it stand out.

Meaghan

I like this shot up until the face. I think your legs look absolutely amazing, you are showing the swimsuit off well and that the hand on the hips is good. I dont like the face at all though, your jaw looks sort of swollen, theres no life in the eyes and you look a lot older too.

Montana

It was a little hard to decide which photo to pick from for you, but I went with this because your actually giving your body curves. I like the pose, like I said you are giving your body great shape and it makes the swimsuit look good too. I think the face is nice, its elegant....which wasnt necesarily what I was looking for. I would have loved to have seen you with your hair down instead of slicked back like that. But great job overall.

Stacey-Ann

Finally! A shot that actually looks like it would be a swimwear ad! This reminds me a bit of SI actually. I love that the pose is simple, the slight difference between the shoulders and the popped hip, it all just comes across as effortlessly sexy. I also like that you are giving some intensity in the eyes, though they are a bit squinty.

You two are here because you had the two weakest photos this week. Duong, you are interesting to me because last week you delivered an amazing photo, but then this week its average. I know you have the talent yet I feel like if its not the type of shoot you like or are used too you tend to flop. Meaghan, you started this competition so strong and were consistantly doing well. Yet lately the quality of your photos has been going downward, and your in the bottom two for the second time in a row. Is the stress of the competition getting to you? I was a bit surprised with my mediocre critique, I felt like I was doing fine on set but I'll take it as a wake-up call that I really need to give it 110% at all times and never assume I'm going to do greatly. I hope I stepped it up this week though, because I feel like I am still in a good position to win this competition as long as I pick my performances back up.

Catherine: *in confessional* Wow, I am really pleased with how last week went! I was a little nervous on set because I didn't think of myself as much of a swimsuit girl, so I was really happy and proud of my second call-out. But Stacy-Ann's first call-out made me realize that Chantal and myself are the only girls without a first call-out yet! So this week, I gave it my all and I'm really gunning for that first call-out, so hopefully by next week Chantal will be the only girl left without one, assuming she's still in.

*in confessional* YAYYY!!! I'm so excited, I finally got a first call-out, and an ad for Rosa Cha which is like the best swimwear brand ever! I feel like I'm at the top of the world right now, I've been wanting a first call-out for so long and it just makes me feel so strong. I feel like a lot of people were expecting me to be eliminated kinda early in the competition, so the fact that I have improved so much and made it so far just propels me to do even better. Hopefully I did really well again this week!

I love this shot Alisar, well from the waist up. You look like this beautiful exotic queen and I love it. I love how you positioned your hands and how strong your facial expression is, you look very snobby which is great. I think you could have tried to lengthen your legs more because honestly they look short, pointing your knees to the camera like that isnt a good move. But you did do great overall.

Catherine

Work! This is amazing Catherine. You look like this royal queen and I love it. I love how you are giving me angles with both your arms and your legs, which look great by the way. And the face is stunning, your expression is strong and regal and I love how you just looked fearlessly into the camera.

Chantal

To be honest I thought your film was very weak Chantal, I think you missed the glamour aspect in a lot of the photos. Moving on, this is a good shot but its almost too intense for this theme. I love the wind in the hair but the snarl isnt really working and the pose is a bit stiff. I think you could have been more elegant and glamorous.

Meaghan

Now this is the Meaghan I know! This is fantastic Meaghan. I love how commanding you look in this photo, your pose is great. And the face is amazing, you look fearless and powerful, I love it. You also had a good film, not as amazing as this but good nonetheless.

Montana

This is a great photo Montana, but I feel like its, well boring. Compared to the others this week anyways. Your face is absolutely stunning in this, thats for sure. But I feel like the pose is safe, I think this shoot asked for a little more confidence than subtlety because this is almost too elegant, I wanted something glamorous but strong like Meaghan's and Catherines. But still, its a beautiful shot.

I think your body looks great in this shot, your skin is lovely and your legs look good. You have a powerful stance going on too but when I get to the face it just kills it for me. I think you needed more fire in those eyes because they look dead in this photo, you needed to give some of what you gave last week. And honestly I thought your film was really really mediocre Stacey-Ann.
