GORGOUS. This is amazing Alisar. This looks like a painting, I love the slight back arch. The face also looks amazing, there is a solemm feel to this and your expression is just mesmerizing. Amazing job.

Caroline

I love that you went for it and took a risk. I think the movement you created is great and I like how even with all that the jewelry still draws attention. This is very in the moment and not posed at all and I like that about it Caroline.

Catherine

I love the vibe your face is giving off, your expression is very regal and comes across as very queen-ly. I love how you used the accesories on your forehead as well. I think your body is looking a bit bony but also boxy at the same time and that you could have posed better.

Chantal

Amazing. You really nailed this shoot for me Chantal. I love how you have your back turned to the camera, it creates an elegance in the photo. I love how ethereal your expression is and how you posed with the hands is very elegant and regal as well.

Duong

Its an interesting shot. I wouldnt say I love it exactly, I just dislike that its so photoshopped and just fake-ish looking. Which isnt exactly your fault. Anyways, I like the color of your eyes but they do look sleepy. I dont like the mouth, I think it looks like a snarl and just makes your expression look a bit mean, I also think the hand is just awkwardly hanging in mid air like that. Actually scratch what I said earlier, theres more I dont like other than the photoshop.

Meaghan

This is absolutely stunning Meaghan. I love how this has both feminimity but also androgyny to it. The body is so soft and elegant but then the face is more strong and the eyes are really connecting with the camera, this also has a very classic feel which I love. Amazing job this week.

Montana

This is really strong Montana. I love how there is a vulnerability and a softness in your expression, their is something about the look in your eyes that is very enticing and just puts all eyes on you, and the body language simply adds on to the feeling that you are conveying. Well done.

Natalie

I didnt really love you or your film this week Natalie. I thought that you looked very amatuer, this is okay. But its not amazing, I think the face looks a little strained and your not really pushing through either in the face or pose. Its just average.

Patricia

Its interesting. I dont love or hate it. Its a middle of the road picture for me, I like the sort of Marie Antoinette feeling of the photo and I like the face but the body is looking very bulky and you did lose your neck in this as well, and nothing really makes it for it.

Raina

I think your face is really stunning in this shot Raina. I love the sensuality but also mystery that you are evoking, and I just adore like your almost teasing the camera with your eyes. I think the pose is good as well but very safe.

Sophie

I like this, but I do feel it could have been stronger. I like the defeated look and like you look almost classically beautiful in this photo. Your bone structure looks great as well, I just feel like the eyes vary from sad and evoking the emotion to just looking sleepy.

I love your face in this. Your bone structure looks good and I love the emotion in your eyes. I think the body looks good and that the hands are very elegant looking, but the way you held them up to your face like is very actressy and I dont like that. You did sell the jewelry really well though so thats a plus.

Judging

Group 1

Hello ladies, alright from right to left starting with Raina. Raina, I think this is a good shot, but compared to what I have seen you deliver it just looks average. You look beautiful but the posing in this shot makes it look very prom catalog, as opposed to an editorial photo. Alisar, I like the emotion in the face and your profile looks good. I dont like the hands though, I feel they make the shot look very actressy. But you were good overall. Now Caroline, to be honest, I could just crop Alisar and Raina out and call it a day. This is amazing Caroline. You completely nailed the look and editorial aspect of the shoot, the dress looks amazing and your posing doesnt come across as obvious. I love the face, this is when a dead expression works because it creates a melancholy look that gives the photo the vibe it needed.

Group 2

Alright Meaghan your up first. I really like this shot of you, its strong. The hands on the hips are an obvious pose but it works well and doesnt look actressy. And I think you stand out the most in the shot and your expression draws me in. Patricia, im on the fence on this. I like the face in this shot quite a bit because your really giving me the emotion, but your just in no way meeting the styling requirements. This looks more like Film Noir than Gone with the wind, and going through your film there was no attempt to meet the gown requirement. At least even the girls who struggled with it met it, and its important to meet the look, I mean, look how out of place you look because of it. Follow directions next week if you make it. Finally Chantal, your film was so posed and wedding catalog that I wanted to shoot myself, I choose this because you stopped doing 101 poses and actually went for something more editorial. I like the emotion in it and the simplicity of it all, but the mouth looks a bit tense for me.

Group 3

Okay, well starting with Sophie. I think its alright, I think the pose is a bit weird, its quirky, but not in a good way, in fact it looks a little awkward and makes no sense with the theme. I like the calmness in the face though. Montana, your so far the best thing about this shot. I love the strutting motion and how your dress looks, I think you look beautiful but your expression looks very dear in the headlights, it helps to not overdo an expression and just relax. Overall well done. Catherine, you really struggled for me. I dont like this shot. I think you look sad, but not in a good way. To me you just look defeated, tired and just overwhelmed by the dress.

Group 4

I put you two together because you are so different I really wanted to see how you would work it out. And honestly, its the best shot in the bunch as a group. Duong, I love how you look all tall and intimidating and its like Stacey is your sister and you are protecting her, and you still managed to look elegant. Its really stunning actually. Stacey, I love this cutesy innocent vibe you are giving me, again props for working well with Duong. I think just a little more fire in the eyes would have been nice, but your posing is flawless which makes up for it. Also I love the dress, its very Red Riding hood couture, which again works with the whole older and younger sister contrast in this photo. Really well done both of you.

Sophie, your photo this week was okay, not the worst. But its the third week and I just havent been impressed with your performances so far. Catherine, you were great the first week, good last week, and then sucked this week. It seems like its been a downward spiral since week 1.
