The basic concept is that cycle by cycle, we will go through the cycle and post our callout order for each shoot. At the deadline, the callout averages will be added up and the girl with the highest score is eliminated. If a girl makes it to a photoshoot that she didn't participate in (only due to the fact she was already eliminated) it's up to you to guess if the girl would do good or bad in a particular shoot. I will post an off-show shot of that girl to give you an IDEA of how that girl would have done in the shoot. That shot is only a guide DO NOT base where you put the girl in your callout solely off the shot. If a favorite of yours does HORRIBLY one week but has done amazing the whole way through, simply put her in the bottom 3/2 but NOT at the bottom of the list, because this is all based on where each girl falls on your callout order. What I don't want to see is people putting a girl at the bottom of their list just because they don't like her and want her to get eliminated. I also don't want to see people placing girls higher than they normally would to save them from elimination.

*Another reminder that this will be cycle by cycle, there won't be multiple cycles going on at once because that would get way too hectic. Also, I will be the one handling each cycle.

Welcome to your first judging panel in determining who will become America's Next Top Model. Things this cycle are revamped. We've been given a bigger budget which means there will be bigger prizes. The winner will receive a contract with IMG Models, a spread in Jane Magazine, and a nationally run cosmetics campaign for Sephora. This week you girls were shot by world renowned photographer Nigel Barker. You had to portray Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden. Overall I was very impressed with the results. Mercedes! This is perfection... literally! Every single judge voted your photo as their favorite. The s-curve you are doing with your back is absolutely phenomenal. You look like a sexy Cleopatra and overall I was floored by your performance. This is an amazing start Mercedes, your final score was 7.

April! If this isn't sexy then I don't know what is! You aren't doing too much, but everything came together perfectly in order to create a perfect picture. You and Mercedes were neck and neck for top call-out this week. Congrats, your final score was 15

Anna- I'm pretty sure you know why you're standing here before me. You didn't participate in the shoot. It's not only the fact that you didn't participate in the shoot but I don't think the excuse you gave is an excuse. We tried to work with you and you just didn't cooperate. Bethany- This is just tacky, Bethany. The bodies almost straight on with the camera and your boobs are hanging out. This was not the message we were trying to send with this photoshoot. You completely missed the mark. Will the fact that Anna didn't do the shoot save you?

I really worry if you can do high fashion shoots, but I'm giving you the opportunity. Congratulations Bethany, you're still in the running towards becoming America's Next Top Model. The fashion industry is all about taking you out of your comfort zone Anna, so not participating in the shoot made me worry if you will every get out of your comfort zone. I do respect you for sticking to your beliefs but at the end of the day your potential wasn't good enough to save you. Your final score was 90.
