Finale Judging*the girls walk in to their final judging where they see Carolyn standing in the front of the room and the members of the Jury sitting to their right, many with bitter faces*
Carolyn: Hello ladies and welcome to your final judging. Now, judging is going to happen a little differently this week. The winner will receive the final Head of Household, but it doesn't hold the same power. The Head of Household will automatically move on to the final where they will face they will face the jury, but they will not get to vote on who to send home. I will be making that decision. So let's get started.

i.models.com/i/db/2012/10/120693/120693-800w.jpgAs a whole, I think it's a very strong spread and it fits Elle very well. I really like your cover. It's a little rocker, raw, and edgy which is kind of cool, but still fits Elle's aesthetic. The pose is simple enough for a cover, but it still has some angst and dimension. I do think that you squinted a little too much here and it comes off as a little strained. Your first page is really cute. It really shows off your look with the bright blue eyes, your gorgeous lips, and your stunning skin. I love the arms and the shirt is beautiful. It's very Elle, but doesn't blow me away. Your second shot is probably my favorite of the spread. I really love the body here. Your dress looks amazing on you and your working the dress to it's fullest potential. The broken down pose with the angst face is lovely. I love the negative space in between your arms and your body because it creates angles and makes me look. The third page is just a beautiful shot of your face. It's very simple, but still powerful. I love your lip color and your eyes are like little gems. Your skin looks beautiful. It isn't spectacular though. I love your last shot except for the fact that you photographed short. I love how there is innocence and sex appeal wrapped up into one photo. That dress is amazing and I love the Bambi-like legs. Overall, beautiful spread, but not the most impactful.
Your interview was great. You showed how you were analytic in the competition and explained how without being so strategic, you couldn't have got here. You showed that you were both a threat in the photoshoots, but also as a power player in the game. You seemed very confident in your answers and showed that you were one of the strongest all around competitors in the competition. You also threw in some personality as well to make yourself a little more relatable so good job with that.

images.fashionmodeldirectory.com/images/editorials/37585-la-prima-donna.jpgGinta, I am so impressed. I seriously loved flipping through this potential spread. First off your cover is beautiful and grabs my attention. It's simple, you're making a connection with the camera, and it draws me in. I love the styling and you're working it. A little more power in the eyes would have been great though because it does come across a little blank. Your first page is my favorite of the spread. I love how fun it is. It's almost like you're a super model who has been working for years and you're just having a fun spread whereas new girls usually have something simple and somewhat boring. This is not that. You're legs look incredible, the styling is adorable, and your expression is fun. I usually comment on your photographing short, but you look so tall. Your second shot is great as well. I just love how genuine it feels. It's a burst of laughter that is just endearing. Your eyes are what make this feel so genuine. It's simply beautiful. Your third shot is my least favorite, but it's still a fantastic shot. I love the movement and the hair blowing around. Once again, the styling is perfect for you and you're rocking it. The only let down is the awkward arm. In your last shot, I'd normally yell for the hair being in your face and us not being able to see how gorgeous you are, but I still love this photo. It's stunning. Your body looks insane in those clothes, especially your legs. It is a little stiff, but it works for this shot because the clothes themselves look very rigid. Ginta, you blew me away here.
Your interview was as endearing as your spread. You really just seem like a sweet girl who wants to do well. Models typically get the wrap of being cold and bitchy, but you really seem like a normal girl, who just happens to be gorgeous and be a great model. I loved when you talked about the significant parts of the competition because you really made me feel what you felt in those moments. I can see girls reading this and wanting to follow in your footsteps.

i997.photobucket.com/albums/af93/jezzicasinn/mif95s.jpgI was really excited to see your spread this week because of all the girls, I feel like your look is the most suited to Elle since you have this youthful, All-American look which they typically go for. But I have to say, overall, I think you were the weakest in this task. Your cover just doesn't leave an impact for me. You look very stiff and stern and it would not draw me in. You look beautiful, but not inviting enough for Elle. Your first page on the other hand is great. You really show off some personality that we don't see in the cover. Your body looks amazing and I love the genuine expression on your face. I do wish you did something different with the arm though because it seems kind of awkward. Your second page is also gorgeous. It's not as bright and sunny as your first page, but it finds the happy medium between your cover and your first page. You look gorgeous. I love how the photographer got this shot just as that wisp of hair blew up. It honestly could be a hair care ad. Now your third page it very similar to the cover, but it's a smidget more inviting. There is a warmth in your expression and I love how you are working all of the different garments and selling them amazingly. Your last shot isn't my favorite, but it is still beautiful. The hands on the hips is a little awkward, but the legs look amazing. Overall as a spread, it could have been better.
Your interview was good, but when reading it, it felt somewhat robotic. Almost like you were trying to say the right things, but it just came off calculated and not very genuine. The other girls seemed more relatable after their interviews, but not so much you. I know it sounds like I'm hating on you and I've given you a lot of criticism so far in this judging, but it's because I know you have a shot at this.
Maybelline:
Bregje:
www.theplace2.ru/archive/bregje_heinen/img/Bregje_Heinen_3.jpgI was disappointed going through your film to be quite honest, Bregje. Nothing was blowing me away. You have such an amazing face, almost similar to Emily Didonato who is a face of Maybelline currently, so I really expected to see something incredible out of you, but this is as good as you got. It's a pretty photo, but when I look at the eyes, they just have no life in them. It seems like you were trying to force an expression, but you weren't present in the eyes. Your bone structure looks amazing and so do your lips, but the eyes sell a shot and make the biggest impact and I don't see it.
Ginta:
www-sassisamblog-com.zippykid.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/YSL_Spring_Lookbook_Campaign_02.jpgI've said it before, Ginta, and I'll say it again: Italy has been very good for you. This shot is phenomenal. It's raw, it's edgy, and most importantly, it sells the makeup. The bright pinks looks amazing on your skin with the bleached hair. Your expression is strong and powerful, but there is a raw edge to it that makes it even more interesting. I love the illusion of nudity along with how your brought your arms into frame. They give a toughness to the shot that I really like. Ginta, this is incredible.

Other than those however, this shot is amazing, Kendra. I could see it as an ad without those goggles. I love how you gently placed your chin on your shoulder and still gave some neck. The red lips pop on film and the way you parted your mouth is graceful, beautiful, and gorgeous. But what makes this shot great is the eyes. The green eyes matched with the purple eye shadow is just perfect. Your bringing life through the eyes and this is such a step up from your performance at the Elle task. Great job.
Nous Model Management Comments:
Carolyn: So I spoke with Nous and here is what they had to say about each of you.
Bregje, they thought you were a very pretty girl with an interesting twist. They were nervous that you'd be just a commercial girl, but they were mildly convinced with your portfolio that you could sway into high fashion which is good because they have versatile girls on their boards. They were happy that you acknowledged that. They loved your measurements, but wished you were just a little bit taller. They were glad that you chose both a stronger and weaker competitor because it showed initiative and that you would do anything to succeed.
Ginta, they said that when you walked in, you were probably the most interesting for them. They were mostly intrigued by you because you have such a cute face, but with the ice blue eyes, the pale skin, and bleached hair, you instantly became an interesting girl. They immediately saw commercial and high fashion potential in you which was solidified by your portfolio. Body-wise, they thought you had the best body with great measurements and height. They also liked that you were brief with your answers because you got right to the point, but they wished they saw more personality.
Kendra, when you walked in, they loved how fresh you looked even though you are 25. You look like a young, all-american girl and they really liked that. They loved that you were a blank canvas that they could mold into anything. Portfolio-wise, they thought you were the strongest of the three, but measurement wise, they were not overly impressed, but know that they could be worked on. They really enjoyed talking to you because you seemed very passionate and very engaging. You were very genuine.
Okay ladies. That was your last finale task and it is time for me to make my decision on who will be moving on to the finale to face the jury. good luck.
