ELIMINATIONLisa: Welcome back to the judging room ladies. This week you worked with Kylie Minogue and took beautiful high fashion, couture photographs. As a whole, we were thoroughly impressed. One girl was better than the rest however, and that girl is...  Jade! (5) It was almost unanimous, Jade. Two weeks in a row and you're a girl to look out for! Daisy. (10) You look like a model and you've finally used that potential. Congratulations, you're still in the running towards becoming Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. Sophie. (14) Madeleine. (16) Ashley. (22) Hayley. (22) I loved your photo once again this week, but the other judges weren't as pleased. You need to be able to appeal to all the judges and not just me. Mecia. (27) Viola. (31) Annaliese. (35) You have a lot of energy on set, but it seems to not translate into pictures. Step it up. Will Kasey and Lauren please step forward? Kasey, you're a beautiful girl who has a lot of model potential, but on film, the model is not often seen. Lauren, you jumped up a little bit last week, but once again, you find yourself in the bottom of the pack. So who stays? *flips photo* *it's blank* Neither of you. This shoot had the potential to be amazing, but most of the shots suck.

ELIMINATIONLisa: Welcome back for another elimination ladies. We are cutting down to eight girls this week. You ladies flew to Iceland for a couture, high fashion photoshoot and as a whole, you left a lot to be desired. Only two of you impressed this week. The first girl who impressed this week is... Daisy. (3) It was unanimous that you were the best this week. You're finally becoming that model we see in front of us. Hayley. (6) You were unanimously ranked second as you had one of the strongest faces this week. Mecia. (11) You're beginning to creep up on some of these girls. You could be the dark horse. Jade. (12) Ashley. (15) Viola. (21) You have a lot of potential and we feel like we haven't seen the best from you yet. Annaliese. (21) You actually tied with Viola, but two judges preferred her shot to yours. Will Sophie and Madeleine please step forward? Sophie, you have such a unique look, but we haven't seen it translate onto photos yet. We aren't sure you have mastered your look yet. Madeleine, you have a GORGEOUS face. Absolutely stunning, but aside from the second judging, you haven't been superb either. So who stays? Sophie. (22) The judges see something in you and really want to see you progress. This week you had a difficult shoot underwater and the results were so-so. The girl who did the best this week is... Daisy. (6) You looked graceful and elegant. Great job. Ashley. (7) This is a pleasant surprise to see you at the top of the pack. Now you need to stay there! Jade. (8) Viola. (9) Mecia. (16) Hayley. (18) This is your worst shot to date, Hayley. Don't start faltering now. Will Annaliese and Sophie please step forward. Annaliese, we love your energy and you bring a sense of vitality to the group, but with your lack of height and lack of ability to take great photos, we feel like you may be more suited to television presenting. Sophie, week after week, we tell you about how amazing your unique look is, but we have yet to see it in a strong photo. Is it just a look, or can it be captured? Sophie. 7. Sophie (This shot clearly shows how she is not listening to critique. She got bad reviews for her shot last week and did the exact same pose this week. She looks short and she's just not taking critique)
