Sara: *jaw drops* *hugs Martha* Thank you very much for the opportunity. I wish you all the best. *walks out teary-eyed* *exit confessional* I'm in a bit of shock right now, to be honest. I was surprised to be in the bottom row in the first place, but then to be eliminated...I just don't understand. I thought I had much more to give and show and I really wish I could have gone further to prove that. I really did want to win, but if I cannot then I think I want Liu to because she has something that I didn't, which is consistency; she has yet to appear in the bottom row, and I don't think she ever will. I do respect and accept the judges' decision though, and I guess there's nothing left for me now but to take everything I've learned, move on, and make it on my own. Peace out for now everyone, but I'm sure you'll be seeing more of me in the future! Liu: *in confessional* Well, that elimination was a bit shocking! It just goes to show that you can be on top one week and then eliminated the next...though I guess I don't have to worry about that since I haven't been on the very top yet. *giggles* Maybe I'll get that top spot this week though? I tried a lot of different things from edgy to emotional to sexy (unexpected, I know!), so hopefully something works! Option 1Option 2Option 3Option 4Option 5Option 6 (In 3D, so get your glasses ready! Also, it's super long, so only pay attention to the segment 2:40-3:10 I think, or perhaps the ending as well) (Me: Sorry for so many options, Liu has just booked tons of motion editorials/commercials lately and those are only a few. Also, I planned on doing a motion editorial in my game next week, so darn you for beating me to it!)

PYRAMID CEREMONY[/size)
*the girls anxiously enter the elimination to see the results of their motion editorials*
Elle: Hi ladies. Welcome back to the judging room where this week, eight will become seven. This week instead of a photoshoot, we had you shoot motion editorials. Motion editorials are huge at the moment and to pull off a strong one is a tough task and to be completely honest, I wasn't blown away this week. I was only super impressed with the top girl this week as she soared above you all this week. Let's get started. The pyramid structure this week is a 4-3-1 structure. That's right we dropped to three levels this week. The first girl in the bottom row of four is...
Sophie. (2nd)
*they view the film*
Cara: I just felt like it was really boring. I feel like your expression barely changed. I mean, you looked gorg, but it was just bland. Karlie: I completely agree. It was such a bummer watching this because you are such a stunning and unique girl and I just feel like you could have done so much more with a task like this. Elle: I'm with the other two judges on this one. You have one of my favorite looks because it's so different and it was showcased amazingly here, but that was it. You didn't take it any further. Thanks, Sophie. The next girl on the bottom row is...
Sui. (2nd)
*they watch the film*
Karlie: It was edgy and energetic and I thought you looked great, but I think the other girls just outdid you this week. Elle: I think Karlie hit the nail on the head. It's good, but it isn't anything spectacular. I loved your movement because it was so angular and bizarre. Cara: When you popped that hip (1:40) it was amazing. That was my favorite part. I think that overall, it just wasn't a standout performance for me while some of the other girls gave more great moments. Elle: Thanks, Sui. The next girl on the bottom row of the pyramid is...
Anna. (2nd) Elle: You're definitely in the same boat as Sui on this one. While I thought it was beautiful and I loved the simplicity of it, it just didn't pop for me. Cara: I love that you went a lot more simple because it really just showcased how gorgeous you actually are. I loved seeing the little smile and showing some personality. Karlie: I agree that this really showed off you as a model, but I think some of the other girls had more dramatics that just grabbed our attention a little more. Elle: Thanks, Anna. And the final girl on the bottom of the pyramid is...
Nicole. (1st) Karlie: Every close up of you was just sheer perfection. I'm in love with your face. Cara: But I feel like the long shots were lacking a little bit. Especially the ones where you were in the shadows. That would have been the opportunity to strike a graphic pose to create an amazing shape. Karlie: But this is clearly a much more simplistic editorial so throwing some crazy pose would have felt out of place. Elle: Simmer down. I agree with both of you. You really sold it in the close ups with the eyes. They were piercing the lens, but then at times you did get lost in the shadows. Thanks, Nicole. The first girl in the next row who is safe from elimination is...
Juju. Karlie: I loved this. I don't see how you're so low on the pyramid this week. Elle: I ranked her lower because Juju, you have this extraordinary face, but it just wasn't showcased too well. You didn't get the right angles to really make your face look perfect. Cara: I though body wise, you were spectacular though. You created shape, you used your limbs, and I didn't think you were the shortest girl in the competition, so well done. Elle: Thanks, Juju. The next girl on the middle row is...
Tanya. (2nd) Cara: This definitely makes up for the past few weeks. You looked stunning. Like a Hollywood star. Elle: I absolutely agree. I never would have thought I'd be saying this, but there was something very classic about your look in this shoot. You just moved with ease and looked stunning. Karlie: My only complaint is that I wish you were more aware of where the camera was. Most of the time you were looking away from the camera, so it was difficult to establish that connection. Elle: Thanks, Tanya.
Liu. Martha. You are our top two this week! But only one of you impressed us beyond belief. The girl who came up short is...
Martha. (1st) Karlie: It was very short, but it was jam packed with emotion. I got a story out of those ten seconds and you looked absolutely stunning. Cara: I loved the shots with the hair over your face. You still shown through even though your face was covered. Elle: I agree. You looked stunning and really brought an actress to set to bring out the emotion. I do think what kept you off the top spot was the lack of range in your expressions. Thanks, Martha. So that leaves...
Liu (4th) on top of the pyramid! Cara: Liu, you really look amazing in motion. It was high fashion, it was emotional, it told a story, and you looked stunning. Karlie: Your performance this week was the only one that actually kept me engaged. I wanted to know the story. I wanted to look at you. Brilliant. Elle: I completely agree. You sold a story like none of the other girls. I do wish that you could have done it without speaking however. But your Chinese sounded beautiful, so I can't really complain. Liu, as the top girl this week, you have a job. You need to nominate two of the following girls for elimination this week: Sophie, Sui, Anna, and Nicole. I'll give you a moment to work out your decision.

NOMINATIONS
*the girls anxiously reenter the judging room*
Elle: Hi ladies. Well, it's getting even closer to that time where one of your journeys here is about to end. The competition is getting tighter and tighter and there is no time to be falling behind. Martha, Tanya, and Juju. You've all performed well enough in your motion editorials to qualify for the next round of competition and may exit the judging room.
*the three leave the judging room knowing that they are not at risk*
Liu, you also earned safety this week, but you had the job of nominating two of the remaining girls for elimination: Nicole, Anna, Sui, and Sophie. So who did you choose?
Liu: This is a tricky decision, but I have made my choices. The first girl I would like to nominate is Sophie because I agree with her placement on the very bottom of the pyramid, she underperformed this week.
My second nomination is Anna
*Nicole and Sui are relieved*
because I find her very forgettable. I only just noticed her now and that was because she was on the bottom of the pyramid, and her performance this week was forgettable as well.
Elle: Thanks, Liu. You've granted Nicole and Sui safety this week, so you may lead them out of the judging room.
*Sui and Nicole thank Liu and exit the judging room*
Sophie and Anna. You've both been nominated and it is time for myself along with Cara and Karlie to decide who is going home.

DELIBERATION
Elle: Okay, so we have two more girls up for elimination. Let's talk it out starting with Sophie.
Cara: I think we can all agree that she was the worst this week. *Elle and Karlie nod in agreement* but I just think she's done some amazing things in the past.
Karlie: It's kind of like the Sara situation. She was so inconsistent and it really hurt her in the end.
Elle: I think she's so special and has such a unique look, but I think it will be very well received by the high fashion community.
Karlie: But if she can't show up to a casting properly like last week, then the look won't even be examined because of so many other wrong things.
Elle: It's something that can be learned though. Anyways, let's move on to Anna.
Karlie: I personally think it's a no-brainer that she stays. She's gorgeous, she's proven it in photos, on the runway, and now in motion.
Elle: But don't you find her a little bland. She doesn't jump out at you like girls such as Sophie or Nicole or Tanya. She's plain.
Cara: I agree, but you can't deny that she transforms in front of the camera and has delivered some gorgeous, amazing photographs. But then again, no one will see those photographs if she can't get through the door for a casting.
Karlie: She booked the Miu Miu show, so she clearly can work. I don't necessarily find her common or bland. I would use the word classic instead.
Elle: But she barely booked that casting and classic is just another word for bland in this industry.
Karlie: So Audrey Hepburn is bland and ordinary? She's basically the poster child for classic beauty. Classic is a great thing in my opinion.
Cara: It's just can she take that classic look and bring some spark. That's the only thing holding her back in my eyes.

ELIMINATION
*Anna and Sophie reenter the judging room*
Elle: Ladies, this was definitely a tough decision because we really think you both have so much to offer. Anna, you have this classic face that is destined to book you a cosmetics campaign, but we need to see more variation. You need to take risks and show that you're more than just a pretty girl who can take a great photo. Sophie, you're the opposite of a classic beauty. You're edgy, different, and destined for high fashion, but we feel like there is no middle ground with you. You're either perfect or awful and this week, you were awful. So who stays this week?
Anna. You've performed consistently stronger than Sophie and we see progression in you whereas we see her regressing. Congratulations. You still have the opportunity to take it to the top.
*hugs Sophie* I really don't think you should be leaving this week, but unfortunately for you, I was outnumbered. I think you really have something special about you and you could go very far if you could just work on your consistency. I'm sorry, but you did not Take it to the Top. Goodbye and good luck.

*the girls all walk into their next shoot* Elle: Hi ladies! Welcome to your next photoshoot and it is a photoshoot like none other that you've done this cycle. This week we are having one, big group shot. I've always loved the iconic Vogue cover of all the supermodels in gorgeous gowns on ladders and stools. You'll be doing a Take it to the Top version of that shot this week. You'll be in gowns with the color scheme of blues, whites, and grays, and I want you to look elegant, soft, and demure. This could be an iconic photo just like the one on Vogue, so don't be the one to mess it up. Me: I'm looking for something like this: fashionbombdaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/chanel-iman-vogue.jpgI will do the editing.

Liu: *in confessional* It felt so great to finally be at the top of the pyramid last week! I know I have been doing very well here already, probably the most consistent one actually to toot my horn for a moment, but to finally get to the top was very satisfying. Nominating the girls for elimination was very tough though, both strategically and emotionally! There were plenty of reasons to keep or send in each girl from the row, so it was a very difficult decision that I did not enjoy making. However, if that's the price I have to pay to take it to the top then I'll learn to get over it.
