*The girls walk into the House of Prada where they are greeted by Karlie and Miuccia Prada*

Karlie: Hello ladies and welcome to one of the biggest fashion houses in the entire world: Prada. And I'm sure you recognize the woman standing next to me, Miuccia Prada, herself.

Miuccia: Hi ladies. Welcome to my pride and joy. This week is Paris fashion week and I have a show tomorrow night for my sub-branch of Prada, Miu Miu. Now, I've cast most of my models already, but I still need a few more and that's why you're here. I really don't have much time to waste, so let's begin.

Karlie: Let's begin with Sara.

(Me: The discussion is what the girls can't hear)

*Sara walks*



Prada: I'm not sure about her. I feel like her look doesn't really fit our aesthetic.
Karlie: I'm not feeling her walk either. I thought she'd be the one to go too sexy, but she toned it down, but now it's just bland. Sara, give a little bit more energy, but still keep it stoic.
*Sara walks again*
Prada: I like that she looks like a model, but I still see a sexiness in her look that I'm not totally feeling.
Karlie: Thanks, Sara. Next is Juju.

*Juju walks*



Prada: Her style is so cute, but she's short.
Karlie: But I feel like she has proportions that don't make her look as short.
Prada: But in a lineup, she'll stand out for being short when she's surrounded with girls like you and Frida.
Karlie: I don't know, I see a little baby Sasha in her.
Prada: Yes in her look a little, but her walk is pretty bland.
Karlie: Thanks, Juju. Let's have Martha up next.

*Martha steps up*

Prada: Ooooo I like her look a lot...

*Martha walks*



Prada: But I hate her pants and her walk. *puts her hands to her head in frustration* What did you bring to me, Karlie? These girls aren't going to work. *to Martha* C'mon! Bring some energy please!
Karlie: I think she'd fit in with the lineup really well, Miuccia.
Prada: I know, but if the girl can't walk then she could ruin the show.
Karlie: So I take it you're not impressed as a whole so far?
Prada: You've got that right.
Karlie: Thanks, Martha. Sophie, you're up.



*before she can begin walking*

Prada: Hey! *Sophie turns* Where are your heels?! How do you show up to casting without heels?!
Sophie: I'm sorry, I forgot them at the house.
Prada: A model never leaves the house without shoes. Now walk.
*Sophie walks*
Prada: *gives Karlie a look of annoyance*
*Sophie finishes one walk*
Prada: Thank you. Next.
Karlie:*speechless* Okay. Well... uhm... Liu, you're up.



*Liu steps up*

Prada: First off, you have amazing style. I mean, give me that outfit now, it's amazing.
Liu: Thank you so much!
Prada: I don't know how appropriate for a casting because you're supposed to come in as a blank canvas, but impeccable style nonetheless.
*Liu walks*

Prada: *to Karlie* Oh, she's great. *to the other girls* See ladies. This is how you book a job. *interrupts Liu mid walk back* You can stop. You're great.
Karlie: Okay then, well next we have Anna



Prada: She's a little plain, dontcha think?
Karlie: No way. Sure she has some classic features, but the roundness of her face and the dimple in the chin really take her out of the norm.
Prada: I mean she has a good walk, but I think she's a little short and plain. I know by her measurements, she's fine height wise, but for some reason, she looks shorter in person.
Karlie: *to Anna* Thank you, Anna. Sui, you're next.



Prada: Oh what a body on her. Those legs!
Karlie: She definitely has one of the best bodies in the competition. Amazing really.
Prada: Her face is a little pretty, but with a little makeup, I think we could make her interesting. I'm loving her body, but I'm not 100% sold on her though. Something about the walk.
Karlie: It is a little plain.
Prada: But it might just work.
Karlie: Thanks, Sui. Next we have Nicole.



Prada: Yes! A nice, tall, beautiful girl. She reminds me a little of you, Karlie.
Karlie: You know, I've gotten that reference before, but I definitely see a taller Kelsey Martinovich more than me.
Prada: Anyways, I can tell she's young and inexperienced, but it works for her. I'd love to be the one to find the next superstar and it could be her.
Karlie: Thanks, Nicole. And last, but not least, Tanya.

*sees Tanya walking forward*

Prada: I don't even want to see you walk! I absolutely love you. But not that outfit.
Tanya: Oh wow, thank you.
Karlie: I'm not the expert, but you might want to see her walk anyways just in case she's horrible.
Prada: Fine.



Prada: Great. I love it. You may stop.
Karlie: Alright. That's all of the girls! Have you made some decisions?

Prada: Yes I have. Ladies, the day started off a little rough, but it progressively got better. The first girl that I've decided to use in my show is...








































Liu! I think you're amazing, Liu and you had me sold since you walked in the door.

Liu: Oh wow! Thank you, so much!

Prada: The next girl I have chosen to put in the show is...












Tanya. Your look is just what I was looking for for the show and I think you'll fit in amazingly. The third girl I'm using in the show is...











Nicole. I think you're a young face waiting to be discovered and this could be your big break! I have chosen one more girl and that girl is...










Sui! You just have a fantastic body and you'll look amazing in the clothes.

*some girls applaud the four who made the show while others look disappointed*

Prada: Now I was a little torn on a few of you. I'd like to have Juju and Anna show up to the fittings and we will see how you fit in with the lineup, and then I'll make the final choice.

*they look happy and grateful*

Karlie: So that means Sara, Sophie, and Martha, you did not get a spot in the show. You're not going to book every job, so don't get too disappointed. You'll still be able to come to the show and watch alongside me and my fellow judges.

Liu: *in confessional between the casting and the show* Oh my gosh, I am ecstatic right now! This is such a big deal and I'm so happy to be the first one cast for the runway show. I had a good feeling going into the casting but you never really know, especially with such big name designers, so I'm just thrilled!

Sara: *congratulates the girls who made it* *goes into confessional* Well, it really sucks not to make the runway cast. I really hoped to make it though I wasn't too surprised when I didn't because Miu Miu is such a huge name so I knew they were super selective. I was a little surprised to hear that my look held me back though because Adriana Lima is in their current campaign and I get compared to her all the time, but I guess they don't see the same thing in me that they saw in her.

*the next day after the Versailles photoshoot, Tanya, Liu, Sui, Nicole, Anna, and Juju, go for their fittings and runway rehearsal*

*Liu walks*

Prada: Gorgeous, Liu. Great. That's perfect.

*a few other models are then followed by Nicole*

Prada: Oh, Nicole, that's beautiful. Keep that up!

*more models and then Sui comes out*

Prada: A little slower, Sui. *she slows down* Perfect. Keep practicing with that speed.

*Tanya is the next model to walk*

Prada: Woah, Tanya. Slow it down. A little less bounce. More calm, Tanya. *it's not calm enough* Tanya, take it easy. Make it more stoic and strong and not as bouncy. *it's still not working* Go again, Tanya. *she walks again* Okay, that's a little better.

*she goes to get Anna*

Prada: Anna, go get Tanya and take her look. I want to see you in it.

*meanwhile Juju walks out onto the runway* Oh, that's nice, Juju. Great. *under her breath* Now grow a few inches, please. *back to normal* Good job. That's perfect.

*after a few models walk, Anna comes back out wearing Tanya's outfit* Oh, that's good, Anna. A little more intensity in the face. *she brings a little more* Good. Anna, keep that up.

*the rehearsal is over and Miuccia has made her final decisions. She finds Juju*

Prada: Hi, Juju. So you were great in the rehearsal, you looked beautiful in the clothes, and I'd be more than happy to use you in the show!

Juju: Oh my gosh! Thank you, thank you, thank you! *goes to tell the other girls*

*Miuccia searches through all the girls and comes across Anna and Tanya talking*

Prada: Perfect, just the two girls that I wanted to see. So I have made my final choices and unfortunately for you, Tanya, it's not looking good. I know yesterday I told you that you were in, but after seeing you rehearse, I just wasn't as impressed and I've decided to replace you with Anna. Tanya, it's the fashion industry and everything has to be perfect. My name is on the line and I can't risk that. Thanks, ladies.

I have the pyramid order done, but I have to make a few final edits. I've been up since 5 this morning traveling and I have work at 9 tomorrow morning, so I'm showering and then heading to bed now. Pyramid will be up tomorrow night.

PYRAMID CEREMONY

*the girls all walk in to hear the judges' results*

Elle: Welcome back to the judging room for yet another pyramid ceremony. There are nine of you here right now, but after tonight, one of you will be leaving us. This week you had a busy week. You flew to Paris, met with Miuccia Prada for a casting in Paris Fashion Week for Miu Miu, shot couture photographs in Versailles, and some of you walked in fashion week. All elements were considered in the pyramid ranking so many of you were either benefited by making the runway show or hurt tremendously by not booking it. Sara.
Elle: It really sucks to see you here Sara as you were on top of the pyramid last week. The inconsistency needs to end here.
Cara: Most of the girls in my cycle were let down in the end by their inconsistency. Not to toot my own horn, but I was probably the most consistent girl the competition has seen and I think that really helped in the end.
Karlie: But it's not the end of the road. I wasn't super consistent at the beginning either. I'd rather see that inconsistency here at the beginning because you still have time to make up for it.
Elle: Well let's talk about this week. You didn't book that show which is probably a reason why you're here this week, but you also don't have an amazing photo.
Karlie: You have this amazing dress and scenery, but I feel like the shot doesn't stand out. There isn't a wow factor.
Cara: I think it has to do with the demure expression. Yes, it's beautiful, but it's not making you stand out from the amazing styling.
Elle: Thanks, Sara. The next girl on the bottom of the pyramid is...














Tanya.
Karlie: I think had the runway incident not been included in the pyramid this week, you could have been safe because this is a great shot, but we are training overall strong models and not just photographic models.
Elle: Well, I think we should go easy on her because she did book the show, but they decided to replace her at the last minute.
Karlie: Yes, Elle, that's true, but it doesn't matter if you get booked if they choose not to use you. It's all about getting on that runway and getting noticed. No one in that audience apart from us knew that Tanya was booked because she was replaced.
Elle: Whatever, Karlie. About your photo this week, Tanya. It's gorgeous. I love how you raised the fabric to mimic the fountains. You look like a movie star.
Cara: This is a beautiful photo, I just wished that you booked the show because then I feel like you wouldn't be in this situation.
Elle: Thanks, Tanya. The next girl on the bottom row is...














Martha.
Cara: I really like how this looks like a couture photograph. You created angles, showed off your interesting face, and sold the dress. But like Tanya and Sara, what really killed you was not booking the runway show.
Karlie: I agree. When you stepped up, Miuccia said she loved your look, but then you walked and she said you were awful. Martha, you really need to work on your walk because I don't know if it will book shows.
Elle: What I really like about your photo this week is that you took your interesting look and created an interesting and high fashion photo. You look beautiful. Thank you, Martha. The final girl in the bottom row this wee is...

Sophie.
Karlie: I almost strangled you at the casting because you didn't wear heels and I want to strangle you even more because this shot is gorgeous and the fact that you didn't book the show put you here. It's one of the best shots of the week.
Elle: Wearing heels to a casting is like the first think you learn as a model. I agree with Karlie, your photo is stunning, but by not doing the basics, you fell behind.
Cara: This is one of my favorite shots of you Sophie. Your expression is sexy, but effortless and I love how you brought your arms up. I also like that you went partially nude last week and partially nude this week, but they look like two completely different shots.
Elle: Thank you, Sophie. The first girl in the second row and the first girl safe this week is...














Sui.
Elle: I think booking that show saved you this week, Sui because this isn't your best work.
Karlie: I agree. I feel like the dress saved the photo by just being gorgeous. It's wearing you.
Cara: I unfortunately have to agree with my fellow judges, Sui. I feel like the dress is amazing, but you lost it in the face. You look kind of agree, but disoriented at the same time. Thank goodness you booked the Miu Miu show this week.
Elle: Thanks, Sui. The next girl on the second row is...













Liu.
Cara: It's not your best shot to date, Liu, but it's a beautiful photo. You look very queenly.
Elle: I agree 100% with Cara. You gave off the vibe of royalty which is great, but it does feel a little stiff and rigid. On the runway however, you were the complete opposite. You looked like such a natural up there and easily fit in with the other models.
Karlie: Miuccia absolutely loved you during the casting. That's great that you could impress a huge icon in the fasion industry in one moment.
Elle: Great job this week, Liu. The next girl safe and the first girl on the third row is...













Anna.
Elle: I'm so shocked at this photo because I always see such a classic, soft beauty in you, but this week you vamped it up and gave us some edge! I love it!
Cara: Your body looks amazing in the dress; you look so long. I love the intensity in the face, but I'm distracted by the lack of neck. That's the one flaw in you this week.
Karlie: It was close with you not being in the show, but luckily for you, Tanya was not impressing Miuccia on the day, so she swapped you in for her. On the runway, I felt like you were good and fit in, but you didn't blow me away. In this photo, however, you did. I love seeing the edgy side to you. Great job.
Elle: Thank you, Anna.

Juju, Nicole, you are our top two this week, but only one girl can be on the very top. The girl who just missed out on the top spot and completes the third row is...






















































Juju.
Elle: What I love about this shot is that it's different. You went more for the emotion in this shot unlike some of the other girls.
Karlie: This is gorgeous, Juju. Your body looks amazing in that dress and you sell the dress amazingly, but I can't stop looking at your face. Normally I'd critique you for tilting your head too far up, but it works here. It brings raw emotion.
Cara: I like that it's a little sexier than we have seen from you. It's a different look and if you keep bringing these different looks, you could be in great shape.
Elle: Great job this week, Juju. So that leaves...

Karlie: You were easily the best this week. You were my favorite on the runway, easily booked by Miuccia, and your shot this week is easily the best of the week. Brilliant job this week.
Elle: I have to agree with Karlie with everything she said. This shot is amazing. The legs are amazing, the turn and hunch is high fashion, the twisted arms add some interesting elements, and the face looks stunning. Amazing job.
Cara: On set, there wasn't a ton to choose from, but when we stumbled upon this photo, we all just gasped and knew this was your shot. It's brilliant.
Elle: Well, Nicole, you made it to the top of the pyramid, so you now have the opportunity to choose two of the following girls to nominate for elimination: Sara, Tanya, Martha, and Sophie.

Elle: Welcome backs ladies. It's time to find out who will possibly be going home this week. First off, Juju, Anna, Liu, and Sui, you've all performed well enough to make it into next week so you are all safe and may leave the judging room.

*they all leave, happy to know that they are not at risk*

Elle: Nicole, you are also safe this week and had the job of choosing two of the remaining girls to nominate for elimination this week: Sophie, Martha, Tanya, and Sara. It is time to tell your decision.

Nicole: I'm going to have to nominate Sara and Martha this week.

*Tanya and Sophie both feel relieved*

You both have really versatile looks and I see you two as slightly bigger threats than Tanya and Sophie right now.

Elle: Thank you, Nicole. Tanya and Sophie, you were both spared this week by Nicole and are now safe. You may leave the judging area. Nicole, you may join them.

Martha. Sara. You've both been nominated for elimination this week. The judges and I need to deliberate on what the final decision will be, so please excuse us so we can begin.

DELIBERATION

Elle: Okay Cara and Karlie, we have a big decision on our hands and I know it's not going to be an easy one.

Karlie: I feel like this is definitely the worst case scenario for us in the terms of difficulty to decide because of the bottom two, these two were probably the two middle girls that have very similar histories. I think if Sophie was here, it would be clear that the other girl had to go, and if Tanya was here, it would be clear that the other girl would stay, but instead we have two very similar girls and I don't know who to choose.

Cara: I feel like look-wise, I'd definitely prefer Martha because she's a little more unique where as Sara seems more common to me, but I think as a whole, Sara has stronger pictures.

Elle: I think sending Sara home would be really difficult because she was on top of the pyramid last week and it almost wouldn't seem fair.

Cara: But going from the top to the bottom just shows how inconsistent she is.

Elle: You just said she has stronger pictures overall than Martha though.

Cara: Well I meant that she has more stand out photos that I remember like her iD shot and her photo last week whereas Martha's photos may not have brought her to the top of the pyramid, but they are consistently good. She'd be more reliable to get the shot for a client on the day because she can deliver a good shot each week.

Karlie: But we are trying t produce a superstar model and a superstar model needs to be able to take those amazing photos. I don't know if she can do that...

Cara: She's been in the top three for the past two weeks?! And both those photos a beautiful!

Karlie: But she's never been on top. Someone has always been better than her and one of them is Sara.

Cara: But Martha's been consistent and I see the ability in her to become that star. It takes time.

Karlie: But if she hasn't done so yet, what makes you think she will?

Cara: Well Liu hasn't been at the top of the pyramid and you praise the ground she walks on week after week. Why are we dragging her along then, Karlie?

Karlie: That's completely irrelevant. She's not even a part of this conversation.

Cara: Oh shut up. Whatever. I'm done arguing because it's fucking pointless. Elle, just bring them back in.

ELIMINATION

*Martha and Sara walk back into the judging room, hoping that the judges has given them a second chance*

Elle: Martha, Sara, it's the end of the road for one of you. Deliberation was heated to say the least as we felt that this decision was probably the hardest decision we've had to make. Martha, we feel like you have such a unique look, a look that will help you book high fashion editorial jobs right off the bat. But we haven't seen the progression that we've seen in other girls. Sara, you're a gorgeous girl with a very versatile look. You've taken some amazing photos in this competition, but you've also taken some sub-par photos as well. Why your versatility is undeniable, your consistency is questionable. It was a very tough decision because one judge behind be preferred Martha while the other judge behind me preferred Sara. It came down to me and my decision was to keep...

Elle: Hello ladies and welcome to your next photoshoot. Well, not your next photoshoot, but your first MOTION EDITORIAL!

*some girls look excited while others get extremely nervous because it is out of their element*

You aren't taking photographs this week ladies. You'll be filmed to create stunning motion editorials. This method of advertising is used by all the major fashion houses and we are using them as your big introductory into the fashion industry. We want to see what you want to do, so you'll be your own creative director this week. I'm giving you a lot of free range, ladies, and I know this is tough, but I expect a lot from the top eight girls in this competition.

Me: So basically just send any video or gif of your girl in motion. I'd like to see at least 15 seconds, but if that's impossible then you can send less. You can send more than one and I will choose the best one.

Martha: *Covers her mouth in shock* Oh my god. *runs up to get her picture* Thank you so much, I don't know what to say. *starts to tear up and runs to give Sarah a hug* I don't think either of us should have gone home this week, i'm so sorry.


*Confessional*
Oh my gosh. I was totally ready to be sent home. I thought either Sarah would stay or it would be a non elimination. But the outcome of me staying never crossed my mind. This is the 2nd time I have been up against a strong girl in the bottom and the second time ive been saved. Obviously these girls see me as some type of threat because any time I slip up they nominate me, so I just have to not fall into the bottom row again.
