ELIMINATIONLisa: Welcome back ladies. This week you had three shoots and the results were pretty mixed. Two girls, however, shined above the rest. The girl who did the best was...  Sherece. (17) Great job this week, you were able to look like both a mother and a model. Lauren. (18) So close to that first callout. Louise. (30) Rebecca. (35) Lucy. (45) This is a big step down. Don't start slipping up now. Will Carly and Holly please step forward? Both you girls have a lot of potential and have shown that you can take a great photograph, but you both lack the consistency. That's going to be an issue in the real industry and it makes me question both of your places in the competition. One girl we see a little bit more in, however...  Carly (53), you just scraped through. We don't want to see you down here again. *hugs Holly* I feel like you don't even know how much potential you have. You have such a gorgeous face and it's unfortunate that you couldn't really master it in the time of this competition. I'm sorry, but you're not Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. |

One girl dominated this week by receiving a unanimous first callout... Lauren. (3) Congratulations on your first first callout. Great job this week. Louise. (6) You were unanimously second. Great job. Sherece. (11) Rebecca. (12) Will Carly and Lucy please step forward? Carly, you've been down here many times, but you always manage to come back strong, but this week you were not able too do that. We question if you are up to par with the girls still in the competition. Lucy, you started off this competition so strong, but these past few weeks, your performance has made me question if you are still the model from the beginning of the competition or if you're fizzling out and peaked too early. Lucy. (13) If you want to win, you need to bring back the girl from week one. Congratulations, you're still in the running towards becoming Britain's Next Top Model. *hugs Carly* You have so much potential Carly and I really saw something in you at the start of this competition, but unfortunately, your performances just seemed to stagnate while the other girls were improving. |

Lisa: Welcome back ladies. After a long deliberation, our decisions have been made. This week you posed underwater and some results were great while others were atrocious. Let's see who did the best...
Lauren. (4) You looked so graceful underwater and took a great photo. The dark horse is really starting to come to the foreground.
Lucy. (7) Way to redeem yourself.
Louise. (7) You and Lucy tied, but two judges liked her photo better than yours.
Will Rebecca and Sherece please step forward. Both of you are in a similar boat. You've been very consistent throughout the competition, but you rarely jump forward and stand out. Only one of you can move on to the final four and that girl is...
Rebecca. We see a little more in you than Sherece. Congratulations. You're still in the running towards becoming Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model.
*hugs Sherece* I didn't see you coming this far at all Sherece since your potential is questionable because of your height, but you really impressed me. Unfortunately, it was not enough to gain the title of Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. Goodbye and good luck.
