PYRAMID CEREMONYElle: Welcome back ladies to the judging room where it is time for yet another pyramid ceremony. This week's pyramid structure is a 1-2-2-4 structure as only nine of you remain. This week we really wanted to test your ability to transform in front of the camera by putting you in an editorial where emotion needed to be portrayed. The first girl on the pyramid is...
Annabella. Let's talk about the past few weeks. Two weeks ago, you were in the last spot on the pyramid. Last week, you were at the top of the pyramid. And this week, you're in the bottom spot again. The inconsistency is going to kill you in this competition. I feel like you just couldn't get into the emotion for the shoot. You just looked like Old-Hollywood in a lot of your shots. This is the only shot where I felt even the slightest emotion. Your eyes looks great and the expression is good, but I just don't feel much emotion from this. Thanks, Annabella. The next girl on the bottom row of the pyramid is...
Lisa. At first glance, I really liked this shot. You really got into the emotion of desperation which is great, but as I kept looking at the shot I was finding some flaws. First off, you're not showing off the garment very well and that is a model's job. Also, the face is gorgeous, but you didn't find the light very well as your eyes almost look like black holes. You're also the tallest girl left in the competition, but I'm not seeing that height by the way you are sitting. You've done much better than this, Lisa. Thank you. The next girl on the bottom of the pyramid is...
Abbey. I really just want to shake you because you're so gorgeous and have so much potential, but I just feel like you don't push hard enough. You got into the Hollywood glamor look, but you didn't go for the emotion enough. You just look gorgeous. I really wanted to feel the emotion because that's what makes the shot in the editorial tell the story. Thanks, Abbey. The final girl on the bottom row of the pyramid is...
Maria. It was actually really close between you and the next girl, but I liked her shot slightly better. This is probably the most high fashion I've seen you, Maria. I really like the face here. It has emotion, but it still has the sex appeal that you portrayed with your body. I do feel like it might be a little too sexy with the topless aspect of the shot and all so I'm not sure if it would fit Interview very well. I do feel like it is one of your best shots even though you are in the bottom row of the pyramid. I do feel like you have been fading a little bit lately, though. Thanks, Maria. The next girl is the first of two girls on the third row and the first girl to get a spot in Interview...
Jaslene. I really like this shot, Jaslene. It's very dramatic and you brought the emotion... of death. I don't know if that's an emotion, but I really like it here! I love how broken down you look and how you really made the shot high fashion. The angle on your face looks great, but I do wish you opened your eyes more. Thanks, Jaslene. The next girl appearing in Interview is...
Anais. You really do well bringing something demure to your shot. You look sad and soft at the same time and I really like it. I like the body language with the bowed head and the back to the camera. It's very beautiful and makes me wonder, "Who is this new face?" It really makes me want to know who you are. It's great, Anais. The next girl on the pyramid is...
Imogen. This is absolutely gorgeous, Imogen. I really like it. The eyes just sell this shot, Imogen. They are just giving a look of solemnness and I really like it. Your bone structure looks amazing and so does your neck. You've had strong shots in the past, but this is easily your best shot to date. I love it, Imogen and it's appearing in Interview!
Cara, Josephine. You two are the top two this week and one of you will receive the privilege of making nominations. The girl who just missed receiving that privilege is...
Josephine. This is a great shot, Josephine. You really nailed the emotional aspect of the shoot that I wanted to see. The face looks like you're in anguish and you complimented that with the body by curling up into a ball. And the best part is that while sitting in the fetal position, you still look tall. Your legs look long and overall, it's a great shot. I just wish there was a little more of the Old-Hollywood look. Thank you Josephine. And that leaves...
Cara on top of the pyramid! After weeks at the top, you finally managed to get to the very top. This shot is fantastic, Cara. I love the power in the face. You brought the angry emotion to the shoot instead of the the more depressed look that many of the other girls portrayed. Your eyes look amazing and I love the grip on the curtains. This shot is amazing, Cara. Great job. And for doing such an amazing job, you get the chance to choose two girls from the bottom row to nominate for elimination. Your choices are Annabella, Lisa, Abbey, and Maria. I'll give you some time to talk it over and make a decision.
