PYRAMID CEREMONYElle: Hello ladies and welcome back to the judging room. Eleven of you are here now, but after tonight, one of you will be going home. This week we changed it up from a high fashion shoot for Bvlgari last week to a fun, joyous shoot representing goldstone this week. The results have been strong in the past, but this week, I'm not going to lie, I was underwhelmed. The structure of the pyramid is a 1, 2, 3, 5. Let's see who is the first girl on the bottom of the pyramid... Annabella. I'm actually very disappointed, Annabella. You were my favorite girl in week one, but ever since then, you've dropped further and further down the pyramid. I think you have a great look, but you didn't deliver what I wanted at all this week. There is nothing fun, bubbly, and light about this photo. You actually look kind of annoyed which isn't what Seventeen is about. Had you had a genuine smile on your face, this would have been amazing because you have the styling and look for Seventeen. Thanks, Annabella. The next girl on the bottom row of the pyramid is... Maria. After how well you did last week, I was shocked to see how far you fell. This shot is just very amateur, Maria. I think the slight smile is cute, but it also looks a little fake. Your face actually does look a little apprehensive and unnatural. You look nervous. It's just very amateur. Thank you, Maria. The next girl on the bottom of the pyramid is... Abbey. Well this is a big turn of events. From the top to the bottom of the pyramid. What I'm disappointed about is that the shoot was mainly about being fun, fresh, and lively and you didn't smile one in your film. You just posed with things that are fun like the surfboard here. It's a good shot. Your body and face both look great, but it isn't what I wanted at all. Thank you, Abbey. Next on the bottom of the pyramid is... Denisa. I'm disappointed to see you back here. I thought that the bottom row last time would be a wake up call, but I guess it wasn't enough. I love this shot, Denisa, but like Abbey, it's not what I was looking for. The strut is great. The wind in the hair as awesome. But the expression, while I think it's strong, doesn't have the youth and the fun in it. It's just really fierce, but not what I wanted. Thanks, Denisa. The last girl on the bottom row is... Cara. I am a little surprised that you're here because you have such a commercial look and you've been so strong thus far. I just felt like a lot of your shots looked really fake. Your smile just felt forced and fake. Also, that fakeness is amplified even more by how genuine the guy looks. He really stole the show from you, Cara. The first girl on the second level of the pyramid is... Josephine. I think this is such a cute shot, Josephine, but I find it a little boring. It's very catalog and it doesn't really jump out to me. I think the pose is simple and effective and the face has a sweetness to it. I don't really have much else to say about this shot. Thank you, Josephine. The next girl on this level of the pyramid is... Imogen. It's really a shame that you were late this week because this is easily the best shot in the bunch. You look so young and the laugh looks so genuine. It's almost candid. I think your face looks beautiful and your body looks great and the whole image is just amazing. Too bad you were late. Thanks, Imogen. The next girl on this level is... Jaslene. It's a good thing that you listened to directions this week because it really paid off. This is such an adorable shot. The smile isn't that perfect smile, but that to me makes it more endearing and makes the smile look real. The wind in the hair is great and you look so pretty. It's just a very cute shot, Jaslene. Thank you. Now what I didn't say this week is that the top three girls would be featured in an editorial for Seventeen. So congratulations, Alana, Anais, and Lisa. Now to figure out how the rest of the pyramid. The first girl of the two on the next level is... Alana. I was actually really surprised by you. You have such a couture and editorial look that I wasn't sure how you would do in a commercial shoot. You look gorgeous. I love the clothes on you. I actually want those shorts. You look young, fresh, and gorgeous. I'm very impressed, Alana. Anais, Lisa. One of you will be on the top of the pyramid and one of you will join Alana on the third row. The girl who will join Alana is... Lisa. This is muuuch better than last week. I love it. You look so happy and like you are having so much fun. The expression is of sheer joy and I love the arms because it makes it look like you're active at a party or something having a great time. It's so Seventeen and so much fun, Lisa. Great job. And that leaves... Anais on top of the pyramid! This is such a great shot, Anais. It's very youthful and fun and that's exactly what I wanted this week. You brought a lot of energy to set and going through your film was a joy. You look so cute and lively. I do think that Imogen did do slightly better, but she was late. You were on time and still delivered a great shot, Anais. Since you were the best this week, you get to choose two girls from the bottom of the pyramid to nominate for elimination. You can choose between Annabella, Maria, Abbey, Denisa, and Cara. I'll give you a moment to decide and then you will deliver the news.

ELIMINATIONElle: Welcome back ladies. It is now time to figure out who is going home. Josephine, Imogen, Jaslene, Alana, and Lisa, you're all safe from elimination as your performance this week kept you out of the bottom row. You may now exit the judging room. *the five girls leave* Annabella, Maria, Abbey, Denisa, and Cara, you all are up for elimination. Two of you will be chosen to face elimination and those two girls will be chosen by the top girl this week. And that's Anais. Anais, come on up here and deliver the news. Anais: I nominate Abbey and Denisa, just cause I thought they did the worst. *Annabella, Maria, and Cara all breathe sighs of relief* Elle: Thank you Anais. You as well as Annabella, Maria, and Cara may leave the judging room. *the four girls leave the judging room* Denisa, Abbey. Anais has decided to put you two up for elimination. Denisa, ever since casting, your shots have lost their spark. You haven't taken any bad shots, but they've become forgettable. You can't be forgettable if you want to be a top model. Abbey, this is a complete change of events for you. You were on the top of the pyramid choosing who to put into elimination and now you have been chosen for elimination. And surprisingly, it's with one of the girls you chose because she was the strongest. But Abbey, you've been stronger overall. Congratulations. You're still in the running towards Taking it to the Top. *hugs Denisa* It's a real shame to see you go, Denisa because I had a real soft spot for you. I think you have a great look and a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it wasn't coming across on camera. Goodbye and good luck.

Sorry this is so long after the elimination, but I really don't have time to make an Elle Mail this week. You will be doing a swimsuit shoot on the beach, but it's not going to be a super sexy shoot, it's going to be more soft. Think cycle 6.

PYRAMIDElle: Hello ladies and welcome back to the judging room. We're about to start our third pyramid ceremony. This week we hit the beach and shot a swimsuit shoot where you had to sell to women rather than men and ladies, the results were MUCH better than last week. I'm glad to see the we've regained our strength. The pyramid structure this week has changed a little bit as it is now a 1-2-3-4 structure. This means that the chances of falling into the bottom row might not be as big since there are only four spots on the bottom row, but that also means that if you do fall in, there is a bigger chance that you will be nominated. Let's see the first girl who's chances of being nominated just increased. Alana. You were the first girl who's film I went through and when I saw this shot,I expected it to get you in the third row, just barely, but shot after shot surpassed yours. It's not memorable. I think your face looks beautiful, but you really aren't doing anything with your body. Yes, you're trying to sell to women, but there should be something sexy in the shot as well. You're almost as stiff as the surf board you're holding. Thank you, Alana. The next girl on the bottom row is... Abbey. You're kind of in the same boat as Alana. When I saw the shot, I really liked it, but as I began ranking the shots, you just kept getting bumped further and further down. I like that you gave a different look because I was beginning to think you were a one-hit wonder, but I really like the softness. You look like a beautiful girl here, but you really need to push a little harder. I know you have it in you. Thanks, Abbey. The next girl on the pyramid is... Imogen. I really thought that after the talking to last week, you'd try extra hard to be on time if I kept you, but then you just shit on me keeping you. And don't think that me putting you down here in the bottom row is out of spite. I'm not going to lie, you being late was the main reason you're down here because being late automatically takes of .5 off your weekly score. You would have been above this row had you been on time because I love this shot. You had the hardest location as the waves just kept crashing in on you and we all know it's January and that water is not warm. The way you leaned on the rock was really effortless and beautiful, but you being late really took away from the shot. The final girl on the bottom row of the pyramid is... Josephine. It was really close between you and the girl above you for who should be on the bottom row, but I liked her shot slightly more. I do think this is a great shot. Your body looks great, your face looks stunning, but I do think it's a little too sexy for the shoot. This pose, had you not had shorts on, would have been very mens magazine. Styling kind of saved you a little bit. The look in your eyes makes you look very desirable instead of the clothes looking desirable. Thank you, Josephine. The first girl in the second row is... Maria. You just squeaked by Josephine this week as I wasn't sure if this was too sexy. I do love the arch in the back and the legs look great, but the fact that facially you're basically unrecognizable makes me not love the shot so much. All the readers will be like "Oh my gosh, I want her body. But wait, who is she?" I can't even tell if this is you, Maria. Thanks. The next girl on the pyramid is... Anais. I was really impressed with you, Anais. I was thinking, oh this girl is young and innocent looking and I was ready for some very awkward shots, but you turned it out. I really like this. Your body looks great and there is such a dreaminess in your face that really captivates me. The wispy curls in the hair and the arms really add something very innocent and demure. I do wish the arm wasn't blocking some of your face, but I do think the shot is great. Thanks, Anais. The last girl on this row is... Jaslene. This is beautiful, Jaslene. It's such a romantic shot without being too sexy. Posing with a guy who is shirtless and looking sexy could have easily gotten raunchy, but you were able to keep it very soft and sensual. You look great in the suit and I love that you created the invisible high heels with the Barbie toe because you aren't the tallest girl in the competition. You're actually the shortest. It's a great shot, Jaslene. Thank you. The first girl on row three is... Lisa. This is great, Lisa. I was nervous going through your film because I felt like you really struggled to get out the the sexy and fierce look, but you nailed it with this shot. Your body looks amazing and you really used your limbs well even though they aren't entirely in the shot. You're face looks so soft and beautiful, but I don't think this is the best angle for your nose as your nostrils do look flared. I'm very impressed with you, Lisa. So that leaves Annabella and Cara as our top two this week. One of you will be on top of the pyramid with the power to nominate two of the girls in the bottom row for elimination. The girl who does not have that privilege is... Cara. So close once again. Cara, this is fantastic. I felt bad on your shoot because we were really chasing the light because the sun was setting, but you worked very well and delivered great shot after great shot. You have such strong features and tend to give a lot of intensity just because of that, but you really softened up amazingly for this shoot. Your face is just sheer perfection. Your eyes are just peering into my soul, but not in a way that is scary, in a way that you're drawing me into you. It's fantastic, Cara. And that leaves... Annabella on top of the pyramid. Just as I thought that first shot was luck, you delivered this amazingness. You had THE hardest set as we put you into the water, but you coped amazingly. Your face just looks so stunning. The jawline, the closed eyes, the cheekbones, the skin. It's all stunning. Your body looks great in that stunning swimsuit. You made swimwear high fashion. Amazing job, Annabella. And since you did so well this week you get to choose two of the girls in the bottom row to nominate for elimination. Your options are Alana, Abbey, Imogen, and Josephine. I'll give you some time to make the decision.

ELIMINATIONElle: Welcome back ladies. It's now time to say goodbye to yet another girl as we cut down to the single digits. Maria, Anais, Jaslene, Lisa, and Cara, your performances qualified you for the next round of competition, so you are safe and may leave the judging room. *they leave* Annabella, you are also safe, but you do not get to leave the judging room as I need to here who you chose, Alana, Abbey, Imogen, or Josephine to nominate for elimination. So come up here and deliver the news. Annabella: I nominate Alana and Abbey because their names also begin with A and I wanna be the last girl whose name begins with A standing. *giggles* Just kidding I nominated them because they did the worst. Elle: Thank you, Annabella. Josephine and Imogen, Annabella has saved you so you are both moving on. You may leave the judging area. *they leave* Elle: Alana and Abbey, you girls were not so lucky. Alana, you've improved week after week until this week as you fell all the way back down to the bottom. You have loads of potential, but I'm not sure you have the consistency to be a top model. Abbey, you have such a great look and you've really impressed me in the past, but the last time someone was late and got nominated, they went home. I don't take being late lightly. So who stays? Abbey. Overall, you've been much stronger than Alana. Just don't be late again. Congratulations. You're still in the running to Take it to the Top. *hugs Alana* You have a lot of potential, Alana, but unfortunately, I feel like you're not quite there yet and Abbey has been showing me more. Goodbye and good luck.
