CritiquesCaroline: I have to say that I was getting worried about your performance in this competition, but then I look at this photo and I am in awe. Even though there is a lot of hair in the shot, my eyes go straight to your face and to your lucious red lips. I love how delicate your hand is and the length of your neck. This is an incredible shot. Elina: This photo is a little tricky because it borders right between sultry and dead, but it stayed on the sultry side for me. I love the lean of your neck and once again, your jawline looks incredible. This looks like a cosmetics ad and I think it has the sophistication that Chanel is looking for. Gertrud: This is a very strong shot, Gertrud, it almost doesn't even look like you! Like Caroline, even though there is a lot of hair in the shot, my eyes go straight to your face and the makeup. Your cheekbones look so gorgeous and glossy and you kept your hands soft. Kelly: You had some shots that were really strong, but did not work for Chanel Cosmetics. This does work, but I feel that there is a lack of energy. Your skin is glowing and your features look amazing, but there could have been more behind your expression. |

Naomi: Hello ladies. The four of you are competing for a contract with LA and NY Models, a contract with IMG Models in London, a contract with Elite Model Management in Tokyo, a makeup campaign with Chanel Cosmetics, a cover and two page spread in Teen Vogue, and a $1,000,000 cash prize. Will Kelly and Elina please step forward? Kelly, you dominated this competition from week one. You have taken some incredible photos and proved you can be high-fashion. However, two weeks in a row you had the worst photo in the bunch. This late in the competition, that is just not acceptable. Elina, you're only here because someone had to be, congratulations. You deserve to advance to the final week.
I'm sorry Kelly. You are beautiful, but you unfortunately don't have THE FACE that I am looking for. I wish you all the best. |

*The girls arrive at a photo studio and each receive a copy of the September issue of Teen Vogue*
Naomi: I think that you ladies know what you will be doing today! Today, you will be shooting your cover and spread for Teen Vogue. Your cover should be commercial, pretty, and bright. As for your editorial, it can be more on the commerical/high-fashion border. Your editorial doesn't have to match the cover, but the two photos should be cohesive with each other. Then one of you will be eliminated based off of your performance.
Then the final two will walk in a live fashion show for Yohji Yamamoto. He was so impressed with you three during his ad try that he asked us personally to participate in the show. One of you will open the show, one of you will close the show. You will only have one pass one the runway, and your walk should be edgy, high-fashion, and strong. I have high expectations ladies, now it's time to go to hair and makeup! Good luck!

CritiquesCaroline Cover: It's a nice photo, but not a knock-out for me. I like the arms crossed, but it feels a bit low energy. You look beautiful and fresh, but you aren't pushing it as much as you could have. Page 1: I love your body in this shot, your legs are to die for. But like your cover, you could have pushed it more with your facial expression. Had you squinted and looked like you were staring at something far in the distance, it would have been a much stronger shot. Page 2: This is definitely your strongest shot of the spread/cover. Your face is so strong and your skin is just glowing. Despite the fact that Chanel is in the shot, my eyes go straight to you which is amazing. I really love everything you are doing in this shot, it is very strong. Elina Cover: I hate the styling, but it's still a good shot. I like your face, I think you look young and fresh, but I am not loving the way you placed your hands/arms. However, it does work for a cover and it does fit Teen Vogue nicely. Page 1: Had you not put so much tension in your right arm and lips, it would have been a much stronger shot. I think it's a really cute theme. I like the pose, but you could have relaxed it just a bit. Page 2: This shot is really stellar. I love the way you kicked up your leg and your face caught the light perfectly. There is a lot going on in this shot, but my eyes go straight to you. Gertrud Cover: I wish there was a TINY bit more of a smirk, but it is a very strong shot. Your pose is very coy and I like how piercing your eyes are. Page 1: It's a very pretty shot, but there is life missing behind your eyes. Your mouth is stunning and your bone structure is stunning, but the eyes have nothing behind them. Page 2: This photo is really beautiful, but it doesn't match your first page at all. You have amazing cheekbones and your body looks great, but it's not cohesive enough. |

Despite the fact that you delivered some beautiful shots this week, you also had the most problems with your photos. It's been a very tight competition and the smallest thing can send you home. Runway Show [/u]  Elina I think that your hands on your hips would have taken your walk to a whole new level. However, I did think that you did a good job opening the show. Your posture was fantastic and you used your natural control to your advantage. You looked incredible in the dress and I thought that you sold it nicely, but you could use some room for improvement.  Caroline I thought you moved beautifully down the runway and looked absolutely stunning. But I thought you were lacking a bit in your face in terms of expression. I have said this to you in the past that I feel sometimes you don't emote enough. On the runway, it's not just about your walk, it's about selling your face too.[/center] |

Caroline, you started off in the competition good, but not amazing. But then you started to shine in the middle of the competition and have shined ever since.
