Naomi: Welcome ladies to the competition of the century. I, of course, am Naomi Campbell, international supermodel and I am here to look for the next big thing in fashion. Think of this competition as fashion boot camp. There will be beauty, there will be glamor, but it will also be hell. We will be exploring every single area of modeling during this competition. From commercial, to catalog, to couture, to avant-garde, to runway, and everything in between. Now of course, every week one girl will be eliminated until just one remains. And the winner of THE FACE will receive some fantastic prizes, but those prizes won't be revealed until after casting week. So, I have two things that I want you to do. First, is a natural and clean beauty shot. It must be a beauty shot and be as simple as possible (It can be either a photo or a polaroid). Then, you will be meeting with me and you need to tell me your name, age, height, and why you think you should be a part of the final group of girls. Alright ladies, off to work!

And lastly, having such a young look allows for TONS of versatility which would make me very marketable to many different types of clients from Vogue to Seventeen.

Why me?: I feel like I have a maturity about me that allows me to appeal to many different clients. I have very classic features; I've been compared to Brooke Shields before. But I also have some uniqueness like the eye brows and piercing blue eyes that give me some edge and take me away from the pretty, commercial look.

Why me?: I think the question should be why NOT me. It would be a lot quicker that way. *flips hair* SOOO I'm basically just a model through and through. I have the height, the body, and the face that just serves itself to editorial work. I may struggle commercially, but I'm not looking to make loads of money, I'm looking to make an empire. Make a name for myself. And with both those, then the money will come. Just crown me already.

Why me?: I feel like nowadays, clients are looking for a muse with a unique look. I feel like I have just that. I have the body that a model needs to work, but I have a unique face that isn't stereotypically beautiful. I have eyes that, I'll admit, don't go in the same direction all the time, but that makes me unique and different. Uniqueness is huge in the industry and I really feel like we are lacking that right now.

Naomi-Okay, I have received all of your photos and information, and now I am going to go through and tell you my thoughts and opinions. After I go over this information with you, I am going to go and make a final decision of who the finalists will be. Up first will be Jacquelyn.



Jacquelyn: I think that you are a beautiful girl, an interesting girl, but in your photo you look like you haven't slept in about two days. I think you have really great potential,and like you said in your interview, I do agree that you have a lot of versatility and I appreciate that you are true to yourself.

Hilary: You are a bit on the older side to be just starting off in the fashion industry, but looking at you in person and in your photo, you have something very special. Your cheekbones are so high and I love how heavy your brow bone is. You definitely have a classic look, but your look has the ability to apply to today's modern fashion.

Kate: You are young, and you LOOK young which is fantastic, because some 19 year olds look about 27. I think that your photo is so gorgeous and elegant, while still simple. I am just a bit worried about you not being versatile enough, because I am not sure if a model can make it as just a high-fashion model, without doing anything commercial.

Karmen: Your photo is a bit blah for me, but I see the potential in your bone structure. You have fantastic features and I feel that you are the type of girl that can easily be molded into a variety of different things which is a huge plus.

Hailey: You have the age, the height, the look, but your photo is disappointing. Your lips look swollen, why on earth would you push your lips out like that? You're a beautiful girl, but quite frankly, I have no idea if you will make it in the fashion industry if you do that on the set of a high-end photoshoot.

Ines: You are one of the older girls, but like you said, you don't look it. You have gorgeous features, and this photo is beautiful, but you seem like you might be a girl that rests on just being pretty and doesn't push through enough.

Lindsey: I think that you have such a unique look, it is both a vintage look but also modern. Your face is just beyond exquisite, and you are a girl that is able to embrace her quirkiness and you really utilize it.

Lily: Your photo shows the potential that you have, but there is absolutely nothing behind your expression. You have the ability to transform into so many different things, but in front of the camera, you just seem to go blank.

Cara: Your photo is beautiful, but I do wish you had gone straight-on rather than 3/4. You definitely have a freshness about you that I like, but something about you seems a bit bland for my taste.

Austria: Your photo is not as soft and natural as I requested. I really wanted to see as much of your raw self in the photo as possible, but here, all I see is hard and edgy.

Aline: I think that your photo is absolutely stunning, and for a girl that has no experience in modeling, I am shocked that you are just discovering it now because you do have a lot of potential in you. I'm just not sure that you want this enough.

Yulia: The pose sucks, but your face is beyond amazing. I love that you are here to represent for the Russian beauties because that to me is beautiful if a girl is trying to stand up for something.

Elina: Your photo shows the potential that you have, but your expression is....not appealing. It looks like you are about to sneeze which is kind of odd. You have a unique look, but the picture does raise some concern.

Rosie: Your photo is beyond amazing. It is simple and clean, but so strong at the same time. You have a lot of potential, a great look, and I really just can't find anything negative to say about you.

Hanaa: In your photo, you look like a gorgeous mom. There is a slight maturity to your face that can either look amazing, or it can make you look old. I'm just not sure which.

Melodie: Your photo is a bit interesting because your features/bone structure looks incredible, but the xpression is just off. You look really bored so I have no idea what that was about. You have the height, the body, the features, but are you going to be a girl that struggles with giving expression?

Sarah: I like that you are not super skinny, nor plus-size. You have a beautiful body, and a beautiful face, but in your photo, you look about five years older then you actually are.

Sessilee: Bitch, first of all, you don't look like me. *Naomi snaps her fingers* I just wanted to get that straight. But you are extremely beautiful, your photo is just gorgeous and I think that you have a lot of potential.
